House Sitting in Jamesburg

We had to leave unexpectedly for over a week and our 2 regular dogsitters were unavailable. We have multiple dogs and cats, including a 160-pound Great Dane. We were lucky to find Sophia on Rover. We met her in-person hours later and we (and our managerie) liked her. She came to stay in our home a few hours later. Sophia did a wonderful, though not perfect job, (she missed walks on a couple of days), of watching our home and animals. Our dogs clearly love her, she administered our Dane's medicines correctly, sent us pics of their walks, brought in mail, and we were able to attend to an out-of-country funeral with no worries about our dogs, cats or home. She gave us peace of mind. We came home late, but she stayed and waited. She was very friendly and respectful...and our home was left spotless. We highly recommend her and would use her again.

Nicole is great with our girls. Communicates well, very efficient and good attention to detail. She would definitely be welcome in our home again.

Danae was very good with communication. She came prepared to spend time with Rusty, not just rush off.

Greta is not only an incredible pet/house sitter, she is just a wonderful human being. She’s timely, communicative, kind, and a true lover of animals. We just got back from a trip and came home to an immaculate house and very happy pup. She is our new go to, for sure!

Sara was fantastic! They stayed in my home for 8 days caring for my dogs, cats, horses and fish. I got daily updates of pictures and videos and they communicated very quickly if I ever reached out. My house was somehow cleaner than I left it and everything was obviously well taken care of. My animals clearly adored Sara and I’m very happy with everything. Would definitely recommend Sara as someone you can trust with your home and pets!

Taryn was amazing! She took care of our Pomeranian dog Sunny at our hotel while we visited Monterey. She was so sweet with Sunny, she was always on time, and gave us lots of local advice to make our family trip easier. She really helped us so much since so many activities we wanted to do didn't allow dogs. We wish she was in our town, but we hope to visit Monterey again. Thank you so much Taryn!

Valery took care of our dog when we were visiting Carmel. She was terrific from start to finish: great at communicating, wonderful with our pooch, and flexible when our time frame shifted. We highly recommend her!

Benji was in the capable hands of Jacqueline for 5 days while we went on a ski trip. Leaving Benji for extended periods can make me feel anxious, so having the reassurance of a kind, calm, communicative professional really put my mind at ease. Jacqueline understood and catered to Benji’s quirks and assured us that he was getting lots of treats and walks. She sent pics and updates and put my mind at ease. I would trust her to stay with him again in a heartbeat!

Mari was professional, attentive to our pet’s needs, loving and kind, and a great communicator! This was our first time working with her and it won’t be our last. Our 75 pound golden retriever puppy (7 months old) has a lot of energy and Mari cared for him beautifully ???

Thank you Jawharrah for your gentle loving care of our “old boy” Tochi. His behavior since we returned on Monday made it quite clear he spent his weekend in good company. And speaking of company … thank you, Rover, for finding quality care givers like Jawharrah. We would not have been able to travel 3,000 miles from home for the family wedding without the knowledge and confidence that our 12 year old canine champion would be in good hands. Well done. Very responsive, keeps you apprised of your pet. She’s very trustworthy in your home. Extremely kind, took necessary & additional care of our lil guy who was nursing Alexis is also very prompt during the visit. Would definitely recommend her services and would use her time again.
