Dog Boarding in Joshua Tree

Alice accommodated my last minute request to board my senior dog. She has a nice and cozy setup. Bella for right in the moment I dropped her off. I could tell she had a good time after picking her up. Thank you Alice!

Lacey is kind and has great facilities for pups with lots of room to run around. We love taking our Tillie there and Tillie has a great time at ‘camp.’

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Juliann! She is clearly an experienced dog caretaker, she kept in contact with me and let me know how my dog was adjusting. She was also flexible and let me drop off a night earlier than originally booked when my travel plans changed . Most importantly, my dog was SO happy:) I will definitely request Juliann again!

Elizabeth is wonderful!!! I was comfortable with her from the very beginning. She truly loves dogs and cares for them - it's evident in how she treats them and her enthusiasm to care for them. She has a beautiful home and a safe fenced yard with two other dogs of her own who are very sweet and playful. My dog, who is usually quite introverted and doesn't warm up to other dogs or people that quickly warmed up to her quickly. He was only there one night but by the second day he was jumping on her and I could tell he enjoyed his stay with her very much and made some new friends. Her communication is quick and great. She gets back to you within an hour and she supplied me with updates on how my dog was doing as well as pictures. I was lucky that she was available on short notice from me. If I ever need a dog sitter again I won't hesitate to reach out to her and I suggest everybody else does the same. She is great!

Shawna is a wonderful dog sitter, she knows so much about dog behavior which was great for me and my husband as Mickey is our first dog. She sent updates, photos and videos and took great care of our dog and even helped to socialize him. He was giving her cuddles and licks before he left so we know how he felt about her☺️

Taurawa was wonderful! You can tell she really cares about fur children and understands them. I get pretty anxious leaving our dog but I instantly felt comfortable leaving her with Taurawa. She sent lots of pics and videos too!

I’m so glad to have Louella watch Cloud while i was camping and rock climbing at Joshua Tree national park! Cloud had an amazing time and she was well taken care of. I almost ended my trip early and Louella was there to respond at an instant. I received many pictures and quick updates, which made me feel a peace of mind. From the pictures and updates, Louella cared for Cloud as she was part of her home and I’m so grateful for the support. Cloud had a nice backyard to run around in and the home was very peaceful and calm for Cloud. Thank you Louella!

Sid was so happy and well taken care of at their home. Rocio sent pictures and a video. He was taken on walks with their dog Po. I highly recommend them!!

Can't say enough great things about Alexandra! She was constantly sending us updates to let us know that Connie was doing great, and we didn't have to worry one bit on our trip. Connie was happy to see us at pick up but almost acted like she didn't plan on leaving Alexandra's home... She must have loved every minute of it! In the past, I've had Rover sitters incorrectly follow food and play rules for our older gal. I can confidently say that Alexandra followed every detail that we asked of her, AND she squeezed us in very last minute when we had been cancelled on and were desperate for a sitter! 5 stars, highly recommend!

Ashley was amazing with Dozer! He stayed 2 nights/3 days and I can tell he had a great time. I immediately felt comfortable with Ashley and her dogs and knew Dozer would he happy & safe. We will definitely use Ashley again when we return to the area someday!

If anyone needs a fantastic doggie sitter Viviana L is is absolute wonderful person and was great with my fur baby Buddy she always give us updates on how Buddy was doing . I was very comfortable with Viviana watching him for 4 days while we went to get married in Vegas. We will definitely have Viviana L watch our Doggie again. Viviana L was heaven sent to us per Rover. Trust me everyone you will love her . Our doggie came back to us so so so relaxed and calm. And happy. Thank you Viviana L 🫶🏾❤️🐶🩷🙏😃✅😘

We left our 6-month-old lab Cody with Rejoice and Francis for over 2 weeks and our experience couldn't have been better. It was a last minute booking as our original sitter cancelled given an injury. While Rejoice and Francis' rates are higher than the usual Rover prices, there's a lot you get in return. Calling out just a few things: 1. Their place really is a dog paradise. Their backyard (fully fenced) is a dream and they offer full access to any pets they sit. There's a creek, a trail, lots of trees to sniff around and plenty of general fun space. 2. They are SUPER responsive. We got multiple, detailed updates with pictures and videos every day. We never wondered how things were going. Also: during out meet and greet they gave me a full tour so I knew exactly where Cody will be spending her time (this is not standard with all sitters on Rover). 3. They alerted me to an issue Cody was having with her harness and offered a safe and successful workaround. 5 stars on being super consultative. 4. Incredible outdoor experience and workout. Cody has never looked as fit as she did when we picked her up. It was super clear that she had loved every minute of her stay. 5. Good people. Rejoice and Francis were just amazing to interact with. They take their work seriously, are experts with pets and were just a joy to engage with. And 2 weeks is a long time. We will certainly be leaning on them for any future trips. 100% worth the $$.

It was my first time leaving my Paco with a sitter and i was a little nervous. Dana made him feel very comfortable at her home and made him feel like he was one of her own. He loved playing with her dogs in the backyard. He was very comfortable during his stay which made my heart happy.
