Dog Boarding in Joshua Tree

I simply cannot say enough good things about Alice and her services. Her communication was fantastic, she sent me wonderful pictures and videos. She took amazing care of my dog, even taught him some new tricks and commands. She has multiple places for the dogs to be outdoors, she very thoughtfully monitors their behavior, and which dogs, if any, they interact with. My little guy had a “girlfriend. “while he was there that he adored and was very attached to. It was so lovely and wonderful to know that he was so contented. She provided toys, and natural sticks for them to chew on, if they so desire, accommodate your dietary requirements, etc. My dog had a wonderful time while staying with her and her dogs. I think he came home a better dog than when I dropped him off. honestly, I don’t think he wanted to come home. He had such a fun time staying with her and her pups. Alice herself is a lovely human being and I feel like not only did I gain a Dog Sitter for life but also a new friend and fellow dog lover. You could do no better than booking your dog(s) to stay with Alice. I know I’m stoked to be able to book travel and have a play dates with her dogs when I need to be away.

Sweet, flexible, patient. Everything you need. Lacey came to my rescue after my sitter dropped out the night before a big trip. Usually it’s difficult to find someone to treat intact young male puppies well and give them the “freedoms” they sometimes miss with other facilities. Lacey seamlessly incorporated Rico into her pack, helped me out when an emergency happened on my trip, AND he had a great time. (Currently passed out as I type). We will be back.

We had to leave our dog for the first time and I’m so glad we chose Shawna!! She was very thorough, professional and caring. I felt safe leaving our baby with her. She sent us pictures everyday and our boy looked like he had such a blast! The report card was the perfect cherry on top. Thank you so much Shawna for the love and kindness you showed our Dakota!

Checkers received amazing care with Taurawa! She kept me in the loop and sent me videos to share with my son. Checkers definitely found a second home there which is exactly what I was looking for.

Dana was wonderful to communicate with and sent us pics/updates to let us know how Logan was doing! We are so grateful to have a trusted caretaker to leave our furbaby with now when we head to the desert for weekend adventures. Thank you!

Felice is a wonderful dog sitter! She has cared for our dog a few times and has been great. Our dog Lemon is very shy but she was able to bond with Felice in just a couple days. Felice’s home is very cozy and Felice made Lemon feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Destiny was absolutely lovely with my Leonidas. She loved and cared for him when I was away. She corresponded and sent photos every day. She made me feel so comfortable and able to focus on my work trip. THANK YOU DESTINY!

Monica was absolutely amazing for our doggos! She was so flexible with our budget, and our time frame. We have two pupps who stayed and our 2 year old pup. Im always nervous leaving our boys with new people, but monica sent me updates, pictures, or contacted me about every hour. I always knew what my boys were up too, that they were feed, they had water, and had friends. She lets my oldest up on the couch were he vegged out and was so happy. She messaged me back within 5 minutes at 11 at night to chat, and book the stay. She took our boys at 5 am with no problem or concern! Im so happy we found this gem out in the desert. If i could give her 12 out of 5 stars i would. Seriously wish i could express how great she was! I highly recommend her!

Another great experience with Alan and Joe. This was an overnight visit and they again took great care of my super high maintenance Belgian Malinois. It makes my life easier to have a place to take her where she really loves being there (and they love having her).

Leslie is Stella’s favorite desert mom 🌵 she has watched her the last three times we were in YV visiting our families and is by far our favorite sitter on Rover. I can’t thank her enough for taking good care of Stella while we’re in town.

We are extremely cautious when choosing a Rover to watch our 16 year old Mollie. We hit the Jackpot with Matthew! His attention to the needs and quirks of dogs is amazing - Mollie felt right at home from the first minute with him. She also enjoyed mingling with the other couple of dogs he was babysitting and with Gizmo, his and Steve's own little pup. What a friendly and nurturing environment. There is no double that we will be leaving Mollie with him again

Brittani took great care of my dog and is very gentle and sweet with him. She sent regular reports and photos and understands dog language so well!
