She was absolutely wonderful. Very sweet, and tentative to our animals. We feel that she went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend her services. And we will definitely use her in the future.

We absolutely loved Monica! She took care of our sweet kitties for 2 weeks, dropping into our apartment once a day. She was very descriptive in her check ins and took lots of photos, which was very comforting to us as it was the longest we had left them alone. She also took care of them and managed a crisis when our AC was out in the apartment on some very hot days. She connected with our timid kitty very well. She went above and beyond. We would definitely hire her again!

Diana is a rockstar! She took Excellent care of my cat while I was away. Momo is usually a very shy and skittish cat but she warmed up to Diana right away. 10/10 service and communication!

Ani was a wonderful sitter for our cat Cricket. It was our first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous, but Ani totally put us at ease. She took the time to meet with us beforehand to go over everything and kept us updated with texts and pictures while we were gone. She took excellent care of Cricket, giving her daily meds and making sure she stayed active in between her snuggly times. We returned home to a clean and tidy home, which was wonderful after a long trip. We would highly recommend Ani and hope to have her watch Cricket again soon.

I am pleased to write this positive review of our pet sitter, Kimberly. I scheduled Kimberly to come to our home and do two drop-in visits each day we were out of town. We have two ten-year-old cats, and I am guilty of spoiling them all the time. Kimberly showed up at our home on time every day. She provided detailed notes and pictures of my cats. I tend to be nervous; however, Kimberly was so thoughtful with her description of taking care of my cats, as well as the pictures, I had absolutely no reason to be concerned. We are going out of town for an entire week in the near future, and I have already confirmed I will be booking her through Rover again. I feel lucky I can travel without worrying about my fur babies. Please don't hesitate to hire Kimberly! She's a gem; She's kind, professional, thoughtful, and takes pride in her work. We feel blessed to have met her and her lovely little daughter.

If I could give Susan more than five stars, I absolutely would. She is, without a doubt, the definition of a lifesaver. After an emergency forced me to move out of my home and out of state temporarily, my cat sitter unexpectedly canceled at the worst possible moment. With only three hours to figure out what to do with my beloved cat, Marley, I posted a desperate plea in a local Facebook group. Susan didn’t just respond—she sprang into action like a superhero. She personally picked Marley up from the sitter’s house and transported him to another sitter, all with barely any notice. She even offered to take him out of state if needed! Since that day, Susan has continued to check in regularly—yes, even on Christmas—to make sure Marley is doing well and to see if I need anything else. Susan’s reliability, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile are nothing short of remarkable. If you’re searching for someone to care for your pet as if they were her own, Susan is the one. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
