Cydney did an amazing job watching our cats over the holiday. Cydney did great learning how to administer pills to one cat and feeding and cleaning up after both cats. She was very communicative with updates and on time with her drop ins and we appreciated coming home to a clean house and happy cats. Would absolutely recommend her.

Sonya is a star! 🌟 I am so happy with her care and support of my fur babies. She was punctual, attentive and so warm and loving of my kitties. All directions were followed purrfectly, and she even brought a brushy glove of her own to love up on my cats with. I am super super pleased and will definitely be looking to request her to help us again in the future. I highly recommend Sonya for reliable, caring and loving pet services!! I'm hesitant to leave this review because if the word gets out about how great Secret is, she may be harder to book in the future! Secret came and stayed at my home with my cats while I was out of town for a wedding. She provided me with twice daily text updates, a few photos, and was responsive when I reached out to her. Upon my return, my kitties were happy and my home was clean. You would have never known someone had been staying here. Above all, she provided me with a peace of mind just knowing someone was here with my extraordinarily spoiled fur babies. I don't travel often, but I hope to be able to use Secret again in the future should the need arise.

Natalie was a total professional and helped jump in with a last minute request. Communication has been great, and I really appreciate her help!

This was our first time using a pet sitter, and Rachel set the bar so high! She went out of her way to make sure we could introduce our cats to her before our vacation and provided detailed, timely updates after every visit. Even our more skittish cat warmed up to her after just a few days, and Rachel provided extra support checking on a wound our cat got right before we left. We’re looking forward to rebooking her anytime we need pet care in the future!

Mikayla did a great job taking care of my cats while I was away. During our meet and great she also met my dog and was very knowledgeable about behavior. Very pleased!

Alex was great ! Very prompt and responsive and befriended both of our cats who can be a bit shy around strangers.

Maryjane was great! She stepped in when an emergency forced my other sitter to end the stay early and she picked up the care for my cat without missing a beat! My cat clearly loved her, too. He was happy and well fed, and my apartment looked great when I got home! I will definitely book with her again!

Christina provided excellent care for our cat while we were on a two week vacation. She left our home in impeccable condition and even put fresh sheets on our bed. She communicated clearly and regularly. She sent pictures of our fur baby while we were away because she knew that we missed him. We highly recommend Christina.

Niya was great! I needed someone to feed my frog and gecko, and to check on my snakes' water, and she did so wonderfully. My frog is notoriously difficult to feed, and other than Niya, no one else has been able to feed him. Definitely recommend, especially if you have reptiles or amphibians!
