Lisa is an amazing pet sitter. This was our first time leaving our pups and our first time using Rover, she has made the overall experience truly great. She genuinely enjoyed spending time with our two dogs and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed her. She is beyond caring and very communicative. She goes above and beyond by providing different recommendations based on her day to day interactions with your dogs and leaves detailed records/rover cards. Jacob took excellent care of my cats! They got plenty of play and attention, and he made sure they had clean water and a clean box and put out extra food and water out for them when the power went out unexpectedly to replace what they would have gotten from the automatic feeder and fountain.
