Caroline was absolutely wonderful! She arrived on time, was completely reliable, and followed my detailed directions with care. She sent me plenty of photos and updates, always responded quickly to my texts, and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, she was so kind and attentive to my special-needs elderly cat, making sure he was comfortable and cared for, while also giving my younger ragdoll lots of love and attention. I truly appreciated her thoughtful care and hope she’ll be available to help us again in the future!

Patty did check in visits with our cat twice a day for two weeks. Our cat is quite anxious and I was worried about leaving her but I quickly felt at ease knowing that Patty was coming twice a day and communicating regularly with lots of detail about how the cat was doing and everything else related to the house. Patty went above and beyond, offering to bring in packages and checking the house for accidents. I would highly recommend hiring her to care for your pets, she is loving and patient and reliable. We will definitely be hiring her again

Our cat couldn't get more attention and care. He's very social and loves attention, amd she gave it! Proof was in the amazing pictures we received. Battlecat is super special and our fur baby, so this means a lot. Its heartbreaking to leave him, but when we do, we know he is treated so well by MacKenna. ❤️

Jackie and her husband did such a wonderful job looking after my cat Norah during the holidays. They made sure she was comfortable since Nori has a shy personality. Jackie kept me updated throughout Nori’s stay and reassured me when I asked questions! Definitely recommend and will be booking with them again!
