Banafshe and her family took such good care of our yellow lab Don. He had such a comfortable and fun stay. We got daily updates and photos. The pick up and drop offs were seemless as well. Suman is THE most WONDERFUL pet sitter EVER!!! The care, attention to detail, follow up, professionalism, and the love she has for her job and her furry clients are just a few shining examples of her superior work ethic. We had gone to England to celebrate Xmas for two weeks and we could enjoy our trip knowing she was there taking care of and giving the best of care to my pet - Milo (Golden Doodle). Suman sent photos of Milo celebrating Xmas with her family - All I can say is WOW!!! - Milo has bonded with Suman's family, that was amazing!!! - I am totally impressed! We left our two cats at Xiaoying’s for the weekend, and as always, they had a great time! This wasn’t their first stay, so they were already comfortable and happy being around Xiaoying’s two cats — they’re basically little buddies now. Throughout the weekend, Xiaoying kept us updated with plenty of cute photos and videos, and it was obvious our cats were enjoying the stay. She gave us some adorable Polaroid photos of our cats to commemorate their visit, which was such a sweet touch. We feel very comfortable leaving them in her care, and we’ll definitely be bringing them back again!

Thuy and family took great care of our little guy. We were nervous at first since we couldn't meet them in person first due to living up in Norcal and hearing that another bigger dog would be there at the same time. But they went the extra mile to put us at ease in getting extra gates if needed to keep them separated. But they weren't needed in the end. During the stay we got constant pictures and updates to see how our dog was doing and when we picked him up you could tell he had a great stay. Definitely would use them again when I'm back down here.

Mari and her family were always welcoming and friendly. Sent pictures and videos which put my mind at ease. Will use again.

Gina and Daniel are great! We just left Maverick for 8 days and they sent pics every day of his walks and play time. It seems like he had as relaxing a vacation as we just did! Best Rover sitters ever!

Megan and Zack were absolutely amazing!! They were very communicative from the start, their dog Matcha is also a delight and got along with our Tokyo SO WELL. We got updates every day from them, which was lovely as we have never left our dog with someone before and were nervous about it. I could tell she was well looked after and happy to be with this family. We will 100% be using them again!

Thank you so much to Rommel and his family. They have always taken care of Bruno well many times. Bruno’s was happy staying with them he was eating, sleeping, playing and was taken very good care. Robin is amazing! I can’t thank her enough for taking such great care of Rocco while I was traveling. She was so caring and sent daily updates and pictures.
