Made sure he didn’t get out of the house and sent videos of the front being locked. fed and watered him as instructed except a couple of times was running late and also trimmed his claws. Overall satisfied and would use Hoai services again.

Jordana was absolutely amazing with my cat Boujee! This was my first time using this service. Boujee and I have never been apart since I got him so there was a little bit of separation anxiety for both of us. Lol. The first day Boujee was super timid and hiding behind a couch at Jordan’s she gave me updates often with pics etc. I was getting worried Boujee wasn’t going to adapt, however, Jordana not only was patient experienced but she handled him with so much love that he was right at home by day 2 rolling over to get belly rubs and just bring himself. I could be happier. Jordana you are an angel. I will be using Jordana every time going forward. I think Boujee has a special bond with her now. True professional filled with compassion and love.
