My very shy cat warmed up to her immediately, and Kendra’s daily updates with an abundance of photos and videos gave me total peace of mind while I was away. She followed all instructions perfectly, and asked diligent questions during our meet and greet so nothing was forgotten. She really went above and beyond on all fronts including respectfulness, communication, cleanliness, care, and trust. She will definitely be my go-to on all future trips, and I could not recommend her more!
