House Sitting in Long Beach

Shelli was fantastic sitting for my dog. As an avowed helicopter parent, I was beyond nervous leaving her. However, I met Shelli in advance and she calmed my fears. Shelli also didn't take offense at the multi-page narrative I had prepared for her to peruse while watching the dog. Lastly, she sent me multiple updates of them enjoying each other's company throughout the day. I couldn't recommend her any more and my dog looks forward to the next opportunity for them to hang out.

The best way to describe Cassandra's house-sitting and dog-care service is outstanding!  She was accommodating and respectful of both our home and our dogs' needs. I recommend her without reservation. She followed all special instructions regarding feeding and medication with great attention to detail. The real test of her dog care was evident when we returned; both dogs showed her great affection. They even stood by the door, waiting for her to come back! Cassandra has become our go-to for excellent dog care!

We LOVE Kate! She watched our pup and cat and stayed with them overnight over a looong weekend. She made us feel so comfortable in leaving our babies with her, as we had never done that before! I highly recommend her!

Kendra was amazing with our dog and 2 cats, right before our trip plans changed and our dog needed to start taking meds and be fed manually, she easily adapted to these changes and took great care while we were gone. She treated our house with respect while staying here and I would happily have her back again!

This was the second time Mario has taken care of our dog Ollie and he’s so sweet with him! Mario stayed at our house and was a very respectful guest and an excellent communicator- he sent us daily updates and Ollie looked like he was having a great time the whole weekend 😊

I'm a little paranoid when it comes to someone watching my dog but Tina was awesome and sent updates with photos! My pup Izzo took a liking to her when they first met and it made me feel comfortable knowing she was in great hands! I will definitely go back to Tina! Thanks Tina!!!

Mikhayla was great with Grace! Very communicative and took wonderful care of her while I was away for a week. She treated my home very well and is welcome to sit Grace anytime!

We have nothing to say but AMAZING things about Jay. This was our first time leaving our fur babies alone with someone other than our parents and Jay made all our stress instantly go away. Jay was so sweet with and patient with Rigatoni and Ravioli and I could see that they loved him right away. Jay is very knowledge about everything dogs and such a kind soul i knew they were going to be in good hands. Through updates and pictures we knew the dogs were having a great time playing and learning new tricks with Jay. We came home to a clean home and happy and loved doggies. There is no doubt that we will be using Jay many more times in the future. Thank you so much, Jay you are a wonderful human being!!

We had a house sitter emergency that required us to find someone who could stay at our house and watch three pets, a large dog and two cats with only about a week's notice... We consider ourselves to be extremely fortunate that we stumbled upon Staci and that she was willing and able to take on our herd with minimal and completely understandable requests. In particular we LOVE the pictures and videos sent by Staci, frequently and in multitudes - highlight of our evenings while we were away to see that everyone was as cute and cuddly as normal. Part of the oddness of last minute scheduling required that Staci begin and end her care when we couldn't be around, obviously not the first choice, but there were no problems with this as far as we're aware, and greatly appreciate that it went as smoothly as it did. Our dog is very sweet with most people, but has an unknown past before us that resulted in a few triggers. Staci was not intimidated in the least and apparently has experience with dogs that have even stronger reactions while on walks, which was very relieving. After the trial walk it was comforting to know that our dog was in good hands. Our cats are fortunately, comparatively, much easier. Although one has a past history of stress related UTI issues, there was not even a hint of a problem during the nearly two weeks we were gone. The other was apparently a bit more shy, but otherwise well behaved and well cared for. (In point of fact, both were so relaxed and content that when we came home to a riotous welcome from our dog, neither of the cats could be bothered to get up from their warm spots right away lol). Overall we highly recommend Staci and we fully intend to hire her again the next time we need help with pet care, without reservation.
