Dog Boarding in Loomis

Dongiun and Minkoung were excellent sitters for our dog ! Their communication was excellent from the booking until picking up our dog. They sent photos of our dog, Ringo, and let us know he was adjusting well, and also sleeping and eating well. They even took him to a dog park, which he very much enjoys :). My dog was very calm when I picked him up. I would highly recommend Dongiun and Minkoung as dog sitters- they truly want to make your pet happy and have their heart in it :)

Alesya is the best! It’s always nerve racking when we are taking a family trip and the need to pick a dog sitter becomes a need. We are always a little anxious and worried because we have two small dogs and they can be a handful. Alesya, made the experience very calming and reassuring. She made our first night, the most uncertain night, stress free and my dogs clicked with her quickly. Even though my dogs had really never spent time with other dogs, they had a chance to socialize and learn to play well with other dogs she was boarding. It was like they were on vacation as well. They looked healthy and happy when we picked them up and it was okviois they had been treated very well. I would highly recommend Alyesa to anyone looking for a good trustworthy and responsive sitter. She will be our family’s goto sitter anytime we travel. Thank you Alesya and family!!!

So glad to have found Sandy for our 11 year old dog. I felt very comfortable having our pooch there even though she hasn’t been watched by people outside of the family often and has an anxious tendency being away from home. I hope Sandy will have Stella back

Minna and Jason took great care of Buster again for his second visit. I appreciated the updates and pictures they sent. Buster had a great time at their house and he will definitely be back.

She was an amazing dog sitter! She watched my dog for almost a week and kept me updated every single day with videos and messages. She always responded quickly whenever I reached out, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, my dog came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. I could tell he received lots of love and attention. Allie and her family did a great job watching my dog, Ringo. She sent a video and pictures showing my dog playing with their dog and resting ! My dog was well cared for and had a great time during his stay. I would love to have Allie watch my dog again.

Lisa was very patient with our dog. He had never acted up before but I think maybe he was intimidated by the other large dogs. She was so kind and worked with him to make him comfortable.

It appears that Rosie is right at home in Kelsey’s home! I love that I can go away and know she is comfortable and part of the family when I am gone!

My dog usually doesn't eat while I'm away because he's so stressed but he was very at ease with his stay here and ate with the other dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving my little guy here! He loves it :)

Ruby was amazing! She was an excellent communicator and provided daily pics and videos of my boy Merlin. I know he had a blast hanging out with Cooper and the kiddos since he rarely gets much excitement when he’s home with me, haha! I will definitely use Ruby again in the future, and I know Merlin is already looking forward to the next visit!

Nicole made the process easy, was attentive to our needs and accommodated last minute changes. Our pup returned home in a pleasant mood and we intend to use Nicole’s services again in the future.

This feedback is for two reasons. First, I want to express my immense gratitude to Gregory for saving us during a very stressful moment. Our original sitter canceled the booking just two days before we were scheduled to drop off our dog. We found out after 5 PM on a Friday, which was incredibly stressful and frustrating, though we understand that unforeseen situations can occur. What was particularly upsetting was that when I searched for a new sitter, the fees were significantly higher due to the short notice. I reached out to Rover support and was disappointed to learn that there is no real contingency plan for last-minute sitter cancellations. A sitter's trustworthiness and reliability are paramount to building the company's reputation. This is why Gregory was such a blessing. He is a true asset to Rover. He took exceptional care of our German Shepherd for an entire week. He provided daily walks, ensured our dog ate on time, dedicated time for play, and made sure he had plenty of rest. We are so grateful for his professionalism and care. He is highly recommendable, and we will definitely be requesting his services again.

We really hit the jackpot when Coco & Jeff agreed to take care of my Maltipoo Nina. Every day or so Coco sent us videos & pics of Nina walking with their big dog or lounging with their cat on the bed or the couch. When we picked her up she was calm & happy. Thank you so much for being a great home away from home. We definitely recommend this placement for everyone needing care for their beloved pet. We are already preparing to book Nina’s next stay.
