Dog Boarding in Los Altos Hills

Michael was an absolutely excellent sitter. My dog was well taken care of and Michael was extremely good at communicating and making sure everything was taken care of with my dog's stay. 5 stars from me.

Tracy and her husband took wonderful care of our dog Casper for a week. She sent multiple picture updates daily which was much appreciated. Casper seemed to really enjoy his time there. We already have them booked for the next trip!

Zoey had a great stay with Tanya and Sameer! We got a ton of updates including pictures and videos. And Zoey actually went on walks with them which no other Rover has been able to get her to do. We were completely relaxed and worry free during our vacation. We will definitely have her stay again!

Svetlana was a great caretaker for ZuZu. They have a nice grass yard that’s enclosed. She walks ZuZu regularly and played with her. Her daily updates are personal and detailed. I always look forward to read her updates. She is obvious experienced at taking care of dogs and she has a warm heart. I will not hesitate to send zuzu back next time around. She is simply great!

Crystal did such a great job with taking care of our Sherlock - we felt really confident after the meet and greet a couple of weeks earlier that he would be well taken care of, and Crystal was highly responsive during the time of his stay, especially when we needed some flexibility as our travel plans changed. We are so happy to have such an awesome family live nearby and are looking forward to having Sherlock stay again soon! Thanks Crystal and Family!

Jennifer was great with my 6-year old shepherd mix Caprice. She took her to a nearby park each day which she really enjoys, and sent many pictures with daily updates.

Our 4.5mo GSD pup Keira stayed with Joy and her family (and pack!) over a long weekend. Our older GSD hadn't been super welcoming to Keira, so she has been quite fearful when initially meeting new dogs or encountering dogs on walks, barking a ton. This happened at our meet and greet with Joy and her dogs at the park, but with Joy's patience and guidance, we got Keira distracted and walking nicely alongside her pups. At dropoff, Joy was really patient and kind, and slowly introduced Keira to her home, while keeping me posted with tons of photos. We got photos and anecdotes throughout Keira's stay, and I was so excited to see her out on a group walk with Joy's other dogs! Real progress :). Joy is clearly a "dog person" with the patience, care, and structure needed to take care of pets that run a bit more anxious. We're excited to have someone local who we can count on and trust with our pup and wouldn't hesitate to use Joy and her family again!

Meerim was great with Lexi! Lexi can be nervous with a new sitter but Meerim really helped Lexi feel at home. Also, she sent great photos and updates. Would definitely book with her again!

Jessica was great with Ellie! We got lots of photos and our little pup came back relaxed and happy. We will definitely have Jessica look after Ellie in the future!

Kelly and Ben are the best! We leave Nia with them knowing they will take good care of her and she will have a lot of fun. She gets plenty of playtime and exercise and is so excited when she sees them.

Mora took such wonderful care of Sofia during our 10 days away. Sofia had an injured leg and required special care and medication. Moreover, Sofia likes to be with people and can get anxious when alone. Mora did such a wonderful job in tending to Sofia’s needs and making adjustments as needed. Mora not only shared photos every day but also a summary of the day, that reflected not only events of the day but captured Sofia’s personality. It warmed our hearts to read the daily summaries and see the photos, and to know that Sofia was being very well cared for. We look forward to using Mora again in the future if/when she is available. Thank you Mora!

It's been over 25 years since I last had to hire a pet-sitter. My SO had been my go-to, but he had a massive stroke and couldn't (he's in a nursing home now...sniff), so I had to scramble to find someone. Through a friend of a friend, I found Rover and Reina. HUZZAH!!! My dog, Grace, and her dog, Zoe, hit it off right away. They couldn't WAIT to start playing with each other! Grace spent the week playing, getting doted over, getting walks and spa treatments, and just plain getting pampered. Heck, there were times when it felt like SHE was having a better time than *I* was! The next time I need a sitter, I'm DEFINITELY calling Reina. Knowing that my dog had a terrific time when I was gone made me VERY happy.

Daniel was very quick to respond to my booking request. He communicated with us throughout and provided us with video and photo updates so we knew our doggy was happy.

Michael responds super fast to my requests and is very reliable. His flexibility is really helpful for early plane flights and late pickups! Thanks for watching Remy for us Michael.
