First time to have a drop in service. I was more nervous than perhaps Lucas. Olivia was very reliable, showing up on time, caring for Lucas. Knowing Lucas was in good hands of Olivia was a big relief while on a trip. Will book again. Thanks Olivia.

Jennifer is a pleasure to have looking after my kitty. She was also flexible and able to add a couple of extra visits when I had a schedule issue. I am very grateful for the peace of mind! Will happily rebook her in future.

Michael was amazing. He understood every ask I gave of him, even those that were conditional on what he saw at our house. He made sure to give my cat the full time, and never let her out of his sight while he was with her. I would happily book him again to take care of my cat

Miriam was amazing! My 2 cats are typically very shy and do not engage with the sitter but they came out for her. Marshmellow, my ragdoll, came to her when she came for the meet & greet visit. My kitties were happy and well cared for during the approximately 2 weeks we were away. I was very happy with her care of my large cats and her professionalism. I would happily rebook her again for my next trip.

Meg watched my cat Marco for two different back to back trips that came up quite suddenly. She was extremely professional, always on time, and very easy to communicate with. On the first visit she administered medication to him with no problem at all. This came up right before I left, and she was able to re-work her schedule to see him twice a day at the last second. I really appreciate how easy she was to work with during this, and I came home to a happy cat and a clean house. Thanks Meg! I highly recommend her services.

Lisa and Ray were absolutely excellent. They are very prompt and detailed communicators which was so helpful while I was so far away. My cat absolutely loved them, and when I came home, he seemed so happy. Will definitely go to them again next time I need cat care!

Shawn took great care of our kitties for a longer-term trip and was very responsive to messages and made sure that we knew how they were doing every day. Would book again!

Jordan was outstanding. 10/10 would book with her again. She treated our cat Juniper like her own and was so thoughtful about sharing updates and taking pictures. Little Junebug was happy as a clam when we got back from our trip, her coat was shiny, and her eyes clear. And that is saying a lot since other times we have left her with cat sitters we've returned to find her scrawny and overgroomed from stress. Thank you, Jordan!!!

Trina was wonderful! She came over the day before for a meet and greet, which really put my mind at ease. On the day of our drop-in, she was punctual and took such great care of our dog. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away knowing our pup was with a safe, caring, and loving person. We will definitely be reaching out to Trina again!

Soyoung looked after my cat for 10 days and she was wonderful! She was so patient and spent plenty of time playing with my cat to keep her entertained. I really appreciated that she even helped vacuum the litter around the box, keeping the house nice and tidy. She even went the extra mile by helping me bring in a package while I was away. I had complete peace of mind knowing my cat was in such good hands. I highly recommend Soyoung and will definitely be booking her again!
