You can tell Reginay loves animals. She is very patient and works with your pet to make sure they are comfortable. Very communicative and will send pictures and videos throughout the day. Toni loves his stays there. 🥰

From the beginning, Khyli was welcoming and showed genuine concern for my kittens. They're 9 months old and had not been anywhere since I adopted them 7 months previously. During the booking time when she had my kittens, Khyli was patient and provided explanations of how my kittens were doing. She sent pictures and videos. The reason for a 4 ranking instead of 5 was that Khyli would not let me see where she was keeping my kittens. Although it looked fine from the pictures and videos, I wish she'd said in the booking information that for security reasons, she would not let me see the apartment where she was keeping my kittens. Hearing that, I would have selected someone else. Because I was flying out that day, I had to leave them with Khyli during an outside the car transfer and hope they'd be ok. They were, but that's the reason I won't book with Khyli again. Again, my kittens seemed to be taken care of, but from now on, I won't book without visiting the home prior to the booking date.

Niiyah is amazing. She is so communicative, kind, caring, and reliable. One of my cats likes to eat strings, and even when they're kept away from him, things happen and he gets access to them - like blinds breaking and falling down (suspected to be from my other cat knocking them down). Niiyah told me right away when one of the blinds broke and when there was a possibility that Ellie ate part of it, and was so kind and willing to take him to the emergency vet when we were worried about him. Even with my cats needing twice daily medications, to be fed 3 times a day, the ER visit, and facilitating house tours by making sure the cats were secured in a pop-up tent (we were moving out soon and our landlady wanted to give tours while we were away), she still offered to watch Peach and Ellie again. If we hadn't just moved 3 hours away, we would request to book her services again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for everything, Niiyah!

Hans is the best!! Goes above and beyond, and most importantly when I get back I can tell how well cared for my kitties have been by how happy they are. 5 stars!!

Cody was absolutely wonderful! He checked in on my cat, Jacki, for a drop-in visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was caring, reliable, and attentive, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing Jacki was in such good hands. It’s clear that Cody genuinely cares about animals and takes his responsibility seriously. I really appreciate the care and attention he gave Jacki, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. I would definitely book Cody again! 🐱❤️

Great cat sitter from start to finish. Nayzeth followed all instructions perfectly, provided consistent updates, and clearly understands cat behavior as she does have 2 of her own. Boots, who is usually shy, warmed up quickly, which says a lot and everything was neat and tidy when I returned.

Megan did a great job watching our 3 kitties over Thanksgiving! She made sure they were fed, had clean litter boxes and were played with. Megan sent detailed reports and cute pictures after every visit. We won’t hesitate to book with Megan next time we go out of town!
