I am very satisfied with Lianna taking care of Milo. It seems that Milo had a great time at Lianna's. I would highly recommend Lianna to someone that is looking for a safe and happy place for their pets.

Annette was amazing with my two dogs! It was first time using Rover for us and it was awesome! She actually cares about my dogs. One of them has day blindness and she embraces his difficulties. She sent photos/videos and her response is reals quick. Also if there was something happened, she contacted us right away and solve the problem with us! I highly recommend Annette!

Angela did a great job taking care of my dog. Kept me informed with photos. Thank you so much.

Great communication, kept me updated throughout the whole on boarding (around a week). Felt very comfortable leaving my fur child with Blanca 10/10 would return if i ever need the service again!

Sheila was a great sitter for my pug, who is very affectionate and requires a lot of attention. She took care of my baby and gave her lots of yard time and chicken. Pumpkin got along well with the other pets as well. Thank you for doing such a great job with my adorable pug.

My dog loves going over to Gary’s! He always sends awesome photos, fun updates, and his schedule is flexible. Thanks again for a lovely stay! Will book again soon!

Boarding with Savannah put me at ease :) she treated Qtip like her own family/dog and sent me updates to ensure he was doing well. Highly recommend!

Shardea did an excellent job with my 15 year old kitty Marilyn. Marilyn needed medication 2x a day. With being older and diagnosed with intestinal Lymphoma, I was concerned she wouldn’t do well. However, Shardea was so loving and caring. She is a cat whisperer. Marilyn quickly warmed up to Shardea. She ate well the entire time. Shardea met my niece at the airport. I picked Marilyn up and my niece and drove 3 hours. After staying with Shardea almost 3 weeks, a 5 hour flight, and 3 hour drive. Marilyn is now happy and content. Absolutely 0 decline in her health!

Wow! Thank you Daniel for Sully’s boarding he was excited to be home, but I can tell he was wondering where are the other dogs. Sully did come home with a nip on his top neck, but that’s bound to happened and life happens. Daniel communicated what happened and provided me with some remedy for it. I would definitely book with Daniel again and he was communicative about Sully’s day.

Jenny and her husband were incredibly accommodating and flexible when Oliver was extremely restless. Due to the storm, my flight was delayed, and my pickup was slightly later than usual. Their communication was always excellent, and I had a truly great overall experience with them.

Marley is a senior so I felt that she was in good hands once I confirmed with Sherry that she has experience was senior pups. I’m grateful to Andreas for meeting me and caring for Marley. Sherry was communicative and flexible regarding booking because my work schedule fluctuated while trying to figure out the booking date. I received updates and pictures of Marley. At drop off, I provided Andreas with instructions related to medications and walking schedules, also highlighted that Marley’s profile detailed all I had mentioned. I got updates that she was anxious, pacing and having accidents in their home. Understandably, Sherry was very upset and had no problem expressing that to me. I responded that Marley’s routine was explained and documented on her profile, that she has early dementia which causes disorientation and sundown behaviors happen occasionally in my care. Considering this was a new environment for her, I’m sure she was very disoriented. Additionally, the medications Marley is on can cause an increase in urination/thirst. After this conversation, it seemed that there were less accidents in their home. Sherry bought disposable diapers and shampoo to clean her up and save time on cleaning the reusable diapers I brought. I’m grateful that she took the time to do that. She informed me of med and food quantities throughout and I was able to have some food dropped off and submit refill orders. On the last day the pick up window I selected was between 10am and 9pm, Sherry said someone would be home all day for pick up. I had coordinated with another Rover to pick up Marley at noon, but she later said 6pm. When I updated Sherry, it turned out that no one would be home all day and the other Rover picked her up at an earlier time. Overall, I’m glad that Marley was in good hands but my experience in communicating with Sherry left me thinking that this would be the first and last booking because she was curt with me after Marley’s accidents. Today, the other Rover expressed how mad she was when she picked Marley up from Sherry.

They did an amazing job and even had a themed Easter 🐣 party for the dogs and he had his own Easter Basket. ♥️

Deanna was so accommodating and gave me lots of updates which made me feel safe about leaving my dog Harley. I could tell that Harley had a great time with Deanna and I would definitely bring Harley back next time I need a sitter

Sonia was an incredible caretaker for our precious Donnie! She took extra efforts to reach out to us with photos and videos. It was clear that he was receiving multiple regular walks a day and that Sonia was taking every effort to ensure that he was comfortable and felt at home! Right off the bat, our shy dog took to Sonia and clearly felt comfortable with her. I would highly recommend Sonia and wouldn’t hesitate to request her specifically for any future trips!

Emily is a kind person and took great care of our girl Yuzu while we were away for a few days. She sends us updates with pictures and very communicative. Yuzu is shy with both people & dogs but Yuzu is getting more and more comfortable with both Emily and her sweet, friendly dog Maple! This is our second time with Emily and we’ll continue using her!

This was our first time booking with Donghae through Rover. He took amazing care of Candy from beginning to end and treated her like his own. We felt completely comfortable and worry-free the whole time. Thank you so much, Donghae! We’ll definitely book with him again in the future.

amazing sitter! the best Ive had using Rover.. Beverly really cares for your animal as her own .. she keeps you up to date during the stay and makes sure they eat and play safely with the other dogs.. great communication and easy to schedule.. my parents also ended up using her services for their two dogs during the same time… a family affair :) dont think twice , book her if you want a reliable sitter that will leave you stress free during your babies stay! will be rebooking her for sure!
