Mark did a great job with my cat. He kept in communication sending updates, videos and photos. I can tell that he spent quality time with my cat and paid close attention to all the directions I left. I will absolutely book with Mark again in the future.

Elizabeth has become Auntie Liz to my two cats! She was provided fantastic professional care, especially to my 18 year old diabetic cat who needs insulin shots twice daily. I was so pleased to come home after a long trip and find the old boy happy and thriving!! Elizabeth will provide your pet with the kind of care that will give you peace of mind while you are away. Jackie took care of my two cats for 2.5 weeks and she has been excellent! Super communicative, attention to detail, and sends updates. Even weeks out from the reservation, she communicated some minor changes that may affect the stay - very thoughtful. Would definitely ask Jackie to take care of the kitties again!

Mel was exceptional. They are very responsive, detailed-oriented and take it seriously. They would also send me pictures every day and I felt very comfortable away knowing that Vasya was in good hands and well taken care of. I would definitely asked Mel to spend time with Vasya again when I’m away.
