Even our very timid cat wouldn’t get off her lap, which says everything about how comfortable she felt with her. We loved getting updates while we were away and knew they were in great hands. Rachael gave thoughtful, funny, and detailed updates that truly reassured us that our pets were happy and well cared for. She also took great care of our home, kept everything clean, and even handled things like kitty trash without us having to ask. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about the animals she watches. We absolutely trust her with our pets and highly recommend her.
