House Sitting in McGill

Erin is amazing! We needed someone to watch our dog and sent her a last minute request. She accepted and was patient and gentle with our beagle who is super attached to us and tends to whine and cry when we leave her. Erin made her feel safe and comfortable and before the night was over our needy doggy was snuggling up to her. We highly recommend Erin, she is amazing!

Channing was so sweet and helpful with Lola and she even washed the sheets and towels she used which was totally beyond! Thanks for taking care of our girl!!!

I cannot praise my experience with Gabe enough. He was great with my cats. He played with them, and laughed with them. Since this was the first time leaving them he was considerate to keep me in touch with photos and texts which I so liked and wanted. He left everything neat and clean. Gabe is a great person too. I highly recommend Gabriel and will definitely use his services again.

She communicated with me frequently and sent picture updates during my trip. My dog takes daily meds that she ensured he got as scheduled. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our pup, Bo! He was so happy and well cared for the entire time. She walked him twice a day, loved him like her own, and kept us updated with the sweetest pictures. She also followed all of our home care instructions perfectly and left the house spotless. My dog and home were in great shape when we returned. During our trip Emma sent photos and videos of our pup. He seemed content. She kept the house clean and even washed and folded towels and linen! She will be my sitter of choice from now on!

Viri took such great care of our dog, Sherman! She followed our directions and kept in touch with updates. Viri was patient with Sherman; he has some quirks and separation anxiety and can take a while to warm up. We could from her updates that he was happy and well taken care of and he was in a great mood when we got home. Viri was so thorough and caring with our dog, which gave us such peace of mind. Kait was awesome! She is responsive, reliable, and great at communication. She took great care of our two dogs, one with special needs and the other that's high energy. She took photos. Our house and plants were also well taken care of. She left the house with clean sheets and a plate of human treats. I highly recommend her and would use Kait again in a heartbeat.

Peter was fantastic. Not only was he flexible, professional and generous (going way beyond the call of duty) during an extended power outage, but he was kind and cheerful while dealing with adversity. He also left our house spotless and our dog super content. So appreciative of his communication and positive energy and attitude. We will definitely have him come stay with Otis again in the future.

Victoria is a godsend! This was our first experience with an inhouse pet sitter and she has set the bar very high. Not only did she stay in touch 2x a day as we requested, she really put in the work to endear herself to our 3 skittish/yappy/ a bit territorial chihuahuas, and our big fat cat. It took a few days for us to really trust the process and be able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We are truly grateful to have found a caring and patient caregiver and would not hesitate to book her again.
