Maddie went above and beyond what I would expect for a cat sitter! We had just started our vacation when Maddie contacted us regarding an infected puncture wound in our cats ear. Knowing our cat for a very short time (he takes some time to warm up to new people), she was still able to successfully treat his wound and we returned from our trip to a fully healed cat. What a relief! We greatly appreciated the extra mile Maddie went to ensure we returned to two healthy cats; even though we were aware that stuff can happen to pets when on vacation. We plan to book Maddie for another trip we have planned!

Rachel was an amazing cat sitter for our two cats, Caper and Tiggy! She was very communicative, shared lots of updates and photos, and truly went above and beyond while we were away.
