Rachel was awesome. She took care of our cay for 4 days and while kitty was upset with us for leaving, she had been pampered. She got some great photos.?fm The house was kept secure and kitty happy. On top of that she checked the mail and garbage. We would call on her again. Thank you Rachel

Vivian is very responsive and took good care of out cats when we are away. She also took a lot of good pictures for our cats in the notes. I will strongly recommend Vivian to all nearby pet owners :)

Cannot say enough about how wonderful they were with our cats. They sent daily pictures and updates which really put our minds at easy about leaving our kittens. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely have them watch our furbabies during our next trip.

I’ve hired Julia twice to take care of my two Persians and I would definitely hire her again! She was great at giving them medicine, making sure they were well taking care of and having some fun with them. She communicates very well and gave us lots of pics. We are very happy with her services.

I recently moved to the area and needed a petsitter to look after my 17-year-old cat, Isis, while I drove back down to my old apartment to pack up the rest of my stuff. Tillana responded the same night, and demonstrated her attention to detail through the many questions she asked about Isis' personality, care, feeding, favorite petting spots, etc. One of her very first questions was, "How can I make Isis feel more comfy and at home?" -- a good indicator of how she prioritizes the needs of your pet. I was worried about leaving Isis behind for the weekend because he has separation anxiety and can often become stressed out when his routine changes. But I didn't have to worry -- from the very first complimentary meet and greet, Isis was COMPLETELY comfortable. I also felt completely comfortable because it was obvious how much Tillana loves animals, from how much attention she paid to Isis to her calm and kind manner. While I was away, Tillana sent MANY photos of her adventures with Isis. She paid careful attention to the special diet instructions I left, as well as many other miscellaneous details which she took care to remember. In all of the photos, Isis looked like he was having the time of his life, from his relaxed body language to the fact that Tillana was able to get him to open up enough to enjoy belly rubs! When I arrived back home, I found Tillana and Isis basking in the sunlight on the balcony. Neither of them noticed that I had come back, and Isis was totally in a comfort zone as he ambler by her side. During her weekend with Isis, Tillana was able to determine where exactly Isis likes to be petted (on his nose and behind his ears), as well as his personality and preferred habits. Not only does she love animals, but I believe she also gets on the same "wavelength" as them. For example, throughout all of our interactions, she was always sitting on the floor at the same level as Isis. She respected Isis and let him lead all of the interactions. She understands that each and every animal has a different personality, and genuinely seems to enjoy getting to know each and every one! I am just honestly impressed. I'm so happy that I found an awesome petsitter who can make Isis feel comfortable and loved while I'm away. Thanks for hanging out with and looking after Isis Tillana -- we both really appreciate it, and I'm sure he's looking forward to the next time you guys can hang out! Note on COVID measures: I was also impressed with Tillana's conscientiousness of wearing masks, gloves, washing her hands, and social distancing during these pandemic times. All precautions were maintained and she was excellent about being respectful of the maintaining all precautions.

Ka Ying took care of our cat during the long weekend. She came in twice a day to feed, clean the litter box and keep my cat company. She’s reliable, communicative and sends cute pictures every time. Will book again!
