Before our trip, we met Kylie and really liked her. During the trip it was so easy to talk with her. She stayed longer than we expected, and she always spoke honestly and clearly. Kylie has experience with cats, so she knows how to treat them and how to talk to them. Lumi felt comfortable with her right away. She gave him love and attention, and he trusted her. Kylie is responsible, kind, and very reliable. She kept us updated, which made us feel relaxed and safe. We could enjoy our trip knowing Lumi was happy. Now we are traveling again in a few days, and we asked Kylie to take care of Lumi once more. We know he will be in the best hands.
