Rachel C. was amazing. She is 100% trustworthy. She had great reviews, and they were right. I had some family come from out of town, and I needed someone to drop in on my puppy, who was 3.5 months old. I splurged and booked 2 hours each day at different times, so that I could schedule the times when she would come (2 one-hour sessions). She came to visit before confirming. My puppy loved her! Rachel sent so many photos and videos. I booked her for a few days in a row, and Rachel came when she said she would. It was so nice and such a relief to find Rachel, someone who is reliable. I was also comforted that she has a degree, and has lots of experience with animals. Rachel went above and beyond, by changing out and cleaning up puppy pads for me, and making sure my puppy had food, water. And most of all, that my puppy had some quality play time and snuggle time with a human. Thanks again for all your help! I will book Rachel again with any dog sitting needs.

Rachel was amazing with our cat, she gave extensive updates every day which removed all the stress from leaving our beloved pet for a week. She managed to earn her trust and pet her, which our cat never lets strangers do! Ian was such a great catsitter for us! We had a last minute emergency and needed someone to come look after our family’s 2 cats. Ian quickly answered our call and was able to show up later that day. Ian maintained excellent communication and both cats immediately took to them. We received multiple photos during their visits. On one visit, Ian even worked around a sudden visit from our housekeepers. Every unexpected curve ball we threw at them, they were ready to catch and lend a hand with. Ian isn’t kidding when they say this is a passion of theirs and it shows in their quality of work and ethics. We look forward to utilizing Ian again in the future for our cat sitting needs.
