Crystal was the best and handled our girl Sally beautifully. Our dog can be a bit of a tyrant with some people but Crystal eased in and drew her close forming a nice bond which will prompt us to ask Crystal again to watch Sally and we will refer friends. Thanks Rover and a big thanks to Crystal!

She took the time to come over and meet me before she started and we went through how to feed our cats. And while she was taking care of them, she updated us every day. 10 out of 10
Haeli is great with communication and very patient with my dogs! My male dog, Logan, is a little shy, but she is happy to give him the time he needs to warm up to her. She also doesn't mind how my dogs like to lick a lot when excited (each other and people) :-D I highly recommend Haeli!
