Made sure he didn’t get out of the house and sent videos of the front being locked. fed and watered him as instructed except a couple of times was running late and also trimmed his claws. Overall satisfied and would use Hoai services again.

David took care of my 2 cats recently and did a great job. Communication before and during was wonderful. I will definitely hire him again when the need arises.

Dawn did such a great job with my two kittens - very attentive, took wonderful care of them, and gave them lots of play time! She even kept my place clean, which is hard to do with kittens playing in cat litter all the time :)

Caroline was absolutely wonderful! She arrived on time, was completely reliable, and followed my detailed directions with care. She sent me plenty of photos and updates, always responded quickly to my texts, and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, she was so kind and attentive to my special-needs elderly cat, making sure he was comfortable and cared for, while also giving my younger ragdoll lots of love and attention. I truly appreciated her thoughtful care and hope she’ll be available to help us again in the future!

Samantha took great care of Jax. I got lots of updates and pictures and confirmations that she was putting in the extra effort for his care. The house was clean and his box was unkept when i got home. He warmed up to her slowly which means she took it at his pace which i greatly appreciate. It means she knows how shy cats can be. Thank you so much and Jax and i Greatly appreciate all the extra efforts. Means so much when I’m away! My old man is almost 19 Now and his care is imprornat to me.

Kaitlyn took exceptional care of our special-needs Ragdoll while we were away. Our cat has asthma and requires multiple medications, including a nebulizer, an inhaler, and pills. Kaitlyn went above and beyond our expectations, ensuring he received all his treatments with care and patience. Not only is she extremely reliable and professional, but she also took great care of our home. When our kitty had a litter box accident and needed a bath, she handled it without hesitation—something not every pet sitter would be willing to do! On top of that, she spent more time with him than we even asked, knowing that he doesn’t like to be alone. That extra care and attention meant so much to us. We returned home to a well-cared-for cat and a house that was just as we left it. We highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and dependable pet sitter.
