Kristen was great taking care of our cat for almost 2 weeks. She was patient with our shy cat, great communicated and even helped with extra chores, like bringing up the trash cans!
Ramona updated me concerning the wellbeing of Om who has some typical elderly kitty health issues. Romona sent photos of Shanti who is the shy one so Romona was able to make Shanti feel safe enough to pose for a photo!
Megan did great with my cats. They’re usually a little shy with new people but looks like they were comfortable with her right away. If the cats are happy and content then I’m happy, will book Megan again!
My 1st experience with boarding a pet with Yesenia on Rover was amazing. My family went on a entire week vacation. With Yesenia sending photos and assuring that our Sugar is safe and eating had made our trip at ease. She was informative and her response time was in a reasonable manner.
