My first time being on Rover and I came across Niveya! It was also my cats very first time having a new friend or just a sitter in general. My baby adjusted the 2nd day with Niveya and I was really amazed by it because Niveya kept Neo very comfortable and followed his routine knowing exactly how to take care of my cat. Neo is super shy and just curious about what’s going on but he was also the cutest little fur baby so I wasn’t sure what he would do especially since I was gone for 4 days. She send me lots of pictures and kept me updated if he ate or not but overall he did super good with her. Neo revived lots of treats, he stretched in front of her, and he also rubbed himself on Niveya! Her place is very quiet and spacious so I definitely recommend anyone who has a pet that enjoys quiet time and a spacious area to sleep anywhere or do the zoomies. I’m definitely going to do this again for my cat and since Neo really liked her I’m going to stick with Niveya for any other time I go on a trip. I appreciate her and she’s amazing with communication and reliable. Thank you so much and see you again 😊✨

Kit cared for our two cats while we were out of state on vacation. She did an excellent job! Some of the care instructions were a bit complicated due to one cat needing medication and having to keep the cats’ feeding stations separate. Kit was terrific at following the instructions and also giving the kitties lots of warm and loving attention. Kit really inspires confidence. We would be happy to have her back the next time we’re away. Thank you, Kit, for giving us peace of mind that our furry family members were in good hands!

James and his family are amazing, highly recommended. They have a great house, were easy to communicate with and overall made us felt very comfortable having them board our diabetic cat.

Xinyi was fantastic! We asked her to visit our cat a few times while we were out of town to check on him, fill his food and water and empty his litter box. She always sent us pictures and an update on how our cat was doing. She was easy to work with and was prompt with communication. We would definitely book her again!
