Kelli was amazing! Due to unforeseen circumstances on my part, I was unable to meet with her in person beforehand so I was nervous about having her drop by to check on my pets while I was away. Melissa didn’t give up on getting the girls in when they took a while. We appreciate her so much and her willingness to wait. Our home and kittens were well taken care of and would not hesitate to leave the girls with her again. She is very thorough and kind. We love her!

Very proactive in checking to make sure the key worked or that I gave her the right combination (which I messed up at first, so that was a great catch). Kim always takes the extra effort in helping us. This time she laundered the dog sheets as they got soiled and flipped our couch cushions to make sure our dog wouldn’t dirty a cream colored couch. She truly is the best!!
