Madison took great care of my 17 year old, male cat. I always received updates and pictures while we were out of town. She fed Socks his 1/2 thyroid pill crushed in 1/4 of his canned food, then another 1/4 after he'd finished. Then she returned 12 hours later to repeat the process. When we came home, all our mail was neatly piled on the kitchen counter, the litter box was clean, and the trash and recycling bins were pulled from the road. Socks was happy to see us, but I could tell he'd been well cared for.

Was awesome and was able to take our shy dog outside for a walk!

Kim is 💯 dependable. She substituted without hesitation for an overnight sitter who canceled while we were on the road out of town. She saved our dog from being abandoned. This is the third time i have used Kim. Her communication is excellent and does a excellent job taking care of our doggy girl Juno. Thank you Kim.

Very proactive in checking to make sure the key worked or that I gave her the right combination (which I messed up at first, so that was a great catch).
