Dog Boarding in Motor City

I was so happy to find a place I can take my young dog Reykur to. Michelle's house is very lovely and there is a large fenced in area for the dogs to explore and run. There are only four dogs boarded at a time, two of which are owned by Michelle, which is ideal. The dogs can wander around the house and even sleep on the bed. I could tell Reykur was very happy and I felt very comfortable to leave him there when I went on my five day vacation. That was the first time I left him alone. I will certainly take him back the next time I am out of town. He is a small dog with lots of energy which did not seem to bother Michelle or her husband at all. That was another big plus.

This was our second time leaving our dog with melissa for the weekend and he didnt want to come back home. Excellent host and a very beautiful fenced property.

Sara needs more than 5 stars! Superstar Sitter! She immediately made me feel confident about leaving my frail old little pal Midas for the weekend - I could tell he would be well cared for and doted on. Then my expectations were exceeded when she coaxed him into eating more than just baby food, cooked for him, brushed him, and even washed his car seat bed! Every small detail was taken care of including re-freezing my ice pack to keep his food cold on my long drive home. And her sweetness and clear love for our furry family shines! I’ve used Rover for Midas almost 10 years, and Sara is my all time greatest sitter! TEN STARS FOR SARA!

Outstanding. Women had a couple of small dogs and my dog and her dogs good along very well. She had a big yard, took my dog for walks, kept him hydrated, and lived in a nice area in the Sierra foothills. Overall, he seemed happy to go to the dog sitters house and probably would have preferred to stay there instead of coming back home with us!!!!

Sara was so kind. I could tell my dogs would enjoy their stay. Her property is large with plenty of space for my standard poodles to have an adventure. She catered to the needs of my male who had not had positive experiences with other dogs. She listened to me when I described each dog and what their personalities were. I really felt like they were safe and in good capable hands. Will be booking again. Thank you Sara

Irinia was amazing! This was our first time dropping off our golden doodle (who’s still a pup, and a handful), but she did such an amazing job keeping her busy. She also shared so many photos and videos to keep our kids happy seeing “Jingles” while we were away. I 100% recommend using her!

We are incredibly grateful to Sharon and Henry for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Tony. From the very beginning, they were attentive, kind, and thoughtful, and it was clear Tony was in excellent hands. They kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Tony looked relaxed, happy, and completely at home. Sharon and Henry took him on regular walks, gave him plenty of love and attention, and treated him as if he were their own. Communication was excellent throughout — proactive, caring, and reassuring. Leaving your dog behind is never easy, but knowing Tony was being so well looked after made all the difference. We came home to a calm, happy dog, which says everything. We would absolutely trust Sharon and Henry again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for sitters who are reliable, genuinely caring, and go above and beyond. My wife and I went on a baby moon to Hawaii for 5 days and boarded our dog, Oso, with Abraham. From the moment we left Oso in his hands, we knew we had made the right decision. Abraham is a dog owner himself, so he, his wife, and kids are all great with dogs and already love Oso. He sent us photos and kept us updated throughout his stay and we were able to enjoy our trip to the absolute best because we knew our boy was well cared for, and then some!
