Natalie was super responsive and very friendly. This was our first experience with Rover and we could not have been happier. Natalie and her family greeted us at the door and took excellent care of our dog Ryder, which allowed us to explore Burney Falls and other sites where dogs were not allowed. I don’t know that we will pass through Mount Shasta again anytime soon, but if we did, we would schedule doggy daycare with Natalie.
Tina provide exceptional care for our dog while we were up skiing during the day. With lots of pictures and communication, it’s evident she provides plenty of activity and socialization for the dogs she cares for. We hope to be in Mt. Shasta again in the future and will definitely rebook with Tina.
Shawna was fantastic! Very thoughtful and caring for my pup, he seems to have had a great time.
