Andrea did an exceptional job in seeking to understand mine and Gideon's needs, asking thoughtful questions, and providing consistent and comforting updates and feedback. She is pleasant and seems to have a kind heart. She went above and beyond my expectations, and ensured my personal needs were accommodated while ensuring for the well-being of my special needs boi. I would highly recommend her to anybody who may be apprehensive of such services (because we love them so much and hate to be away from them), but she delivered! From the first time I met Rose for our meet and greet, I was so impressed with how organized she was - she asked thoughtful questions and took detailed notes about how to care for our two dogs and three cats (including one very high energy young dog). She definitely has a way with animals - the dogs loved her immediately and the cats came out of hiding very quickly! Both Rose and her husband were both so nice and took great care of both our pets and our house. We got lots of photo updates that reassured us that our fur kids were having a great time, and our house was spotless when we got home! We will definitely book Rose again!

I like Rachel so much since first sight. She paid close attention to listen how to care for my kitty, who is a senior one and needs some special treatments. During her petsitting, she was responsible and thoughtful in caring for Weiwei and keeping the home neat. She was behind my anticipation. I will definitely ask her to petsit again.

Stephanie was extremely attentive and thorough in her care for our dog and cat. Our cat and dog can be a little particular and Stephanie won them both over. Will for sure be asking her to care for our fur babies in the future.

Coralee is the best! She took wonderful care of my two dogs and three birds while I was out of town. She kept in frequent communication with notes and pictures which showed how much fun all of the critters were having! I came home to a spotless house and happy cared for animals. I will definitely be booking Coralee again.

I can't say enough good things about Jessica as a dog sitter! She took care of our two French bulldogs, Louis and Saint, and did an absolutely fantastic job. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she was very comfortable with our boys, and I could tell they were comfortable with her too. Jessica's communication was perfect throughout the entire time we were away. She kept us updated regularly, which really made us feel at ease. It was such a relief to know that Louis and Saint were in good hands. Not only did she take great care of our dogs, but she also left our home better than she found it. It was spotless! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be reaching out to Jessica again in the future. Highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter!

Fluff is a very introverted and reserved dog. He rarely lets strangers pet him and is quite selective about who he allows into his circle. Even though Sophia has done one drop-in visit before, it was a huge step for Fluff to welcome her into his world. Sophia was wonderfully patient with him, giving him the space he needed while also making it clear that she was there for him. She took him on plenty of walks, made sure he was fed, and even gave him his evening massages. I could tell from all the adorable photos and videos she sent that he was gradually becoming more comfortable with her. She was also very respectful of our home and I truly appreciate the care and attention she showed both to Fluff and to our space. We’d love to have her pet sit again!

Diana was absolutely amazing with Winnie, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and clearly cared so much about her. I loved getting regular updates, and it was obvious Winnie felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time. It made being away so much easier, and I felt totally at ease throughout. She left my home spotless. I would 100% book with her again and highly, highly recommend!

We are very happy with Jaime’s care of our two doggies. She is easy to communicate with and felt like an instant long time friend. Our doggies were well played with, well loved and well taken care of in her care.
