Andrea did an exceptional job in seeking to understand mine and Gideon's needs, asking thoughtful questions, and providing consistent and comforting updates and feedback. She is pleasant and seems to have a kind heart. She went above and beyond my expectations, and ensured my personal needs were accommodated while ensuring for the well-being of my special needs boi. I would highly recommend her to anybody who may be apprehensive of such services (because we love them so much and hate to be away from them), but she delivered! Erica is a delightful young lady. She is professional, and responsible. She loved and cared for our dog & cat as much as we do. We loved getting regular pictures throughout our absence. The pets loved her so much they even slept with her!! She even took care of my plants! There was a woman on our cross-country flight who brought her 2 small dogs with her. I told her was a wonderful service Rover.com is. We are planning to use Erica for our next trip! Thanks, Erica!

Our dog Mitzi came to us as a stray so had a tough start to life. Consequently, she is nervous when meeting strangers. She quickly warmed up to Courtney as she realized what a kind and caring person she is. Courtney displayed a very good understanding of dog behavior and handled Mitzi perfectly. We will definitely use her again!

We would 100% recommend Stephanie for anyone with kitties and doggos!! She kept great care of our 3 cats and dogs with all my crazy instructions. Stephanie is very attentive and spends time to take pictures and spend time with the pets! Thank you so much for being there for our family when we needed you! Marilese just spent a little over a week with our beloved boy Jacoby. Jacoby is a 6 year old black labrador. Marilese took very good care of our Jacoby and he was showered with love and presents and treats...the direct way to his heart. Marilese went the extra mile and respected our space and made sure it was exceptional for our return home. We look forward to having Marilese spend time with Jacoby in our home again. Syd is awesome! He's super attentive to your pet's needs and provided regular updates. He was also very flexible with our last-minute schedule changes and was very easygoing and easy to work with.

Oleksandr did a great job watching Bella while we were out of town. He took her for long walks and sent us pictures daily. She seemed really happy.....Thanks for taking care of our Bella!

Bex was great with out pups. She came and did a meet and greet beforehand and took our active pup to the park to tire her out and was able to administer medication for our oldest. Will definitely be reaching out to Bex for help pet sitting in the future. :)
