I had to take care of some business out of town while my cat was recovering from surgery and Veronica took care of my cat. It was a relief knowing she could give the meds and report on his recovery during my absence. She really went above and beyond what was required.

Suzie was a tremendous help with my senior CKD cat, Molly, during two home subcutaneous fluid sessions. On the first day, I took the lead and Suzie assisted with line priming, valve operation, and helping keep Molly comfortable and still during the procedure. On the second day, Suzie took the lead and successfully performed the needle insertion and fluid administration while I assisted with positioning Molly, valve operation, and fluid flow. Molly's care requires patience, teamwork, attention to detail, and a calm approach. Suzie was reliable, professional, gentle with Molly, and adaptable when our roles changed from one day to the next. On the day Suzie took the lead, Molly received her full fluid treatment with no observed leakage, and Molly remained comfortable, mobile, and relaxed afterward. I would gladly work with Suzie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable help with a pet who has ongoing medical needs.

Ashley was amazing with my kitty cat. I contacted Ashley on short notice and she was available. I love the fact that she responds very fast. Dealing with Ashley is super easy and straightforward. She followed all instructions and contacted me when she needed clarifications. Leaving my cat home and going away is always stressful for me. But Ashley made the whole process very smooth and stress free for me by visiting on time, writing a detailed description of the visit and also sending me lots of pics of my kitty which I loved. I would surely rebook with Ashley in the future.

Chloe has done an excellent job taking care of my cats while we were away. She is punctual, communicates well, and consistently provides prompt updates on how my cats are doing. I highly recommend Chloe to anyone in need of care for their fur babies.

Great! I was happy that she was available last minute, especially considering the times we’re in. My cat needs to take meds and is a bit of a butt about it. She made sure that he got them though and came to play with him a bit while I went camping for the weekend.

Emily did a wonderful job of taking care of my mixed group of shy kitties during our get-away. I could see the kitties begin to greet her during her visits in the pictures she sent. She is warm and personable and took excellent care of them and their needs. Can’t wait to use her service again!

Ziying was a wonderful cat sitter for our drop-in visits. She is very kind, caring, and easy to communicate with. She kept me updated before visit and shared lots of photos and videos, which I really appreciated. My cats were well taken care of, and I felt completely at ease. Paige is absolutely wonderful! We had never used a home-visiting pet sitter before, but Paige has made me wonder why we waited so long. She is diligent, communicative, timely, and responsive — everything you could hope for in a caregiver. Leaving my beloved elderly rabbit in someone else's hands is no small thing, but Paige gave me such peace of mind that I was actually able to relax and enjoy a trip away for the first time in years. From the very start, she came for a meet-and-greet, carefully reviewed our care instructions, and then followed our rabbit's routine to the letter. Every time she came by, she sent regular texts and photos to keep me updated and make sure she had everything right. That level of attention to detail is rare — and for a pet with specific needs, it makes all the difference. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Hong was great and very accommodating with my kitties! She happily provided the kitties with their own room to separate them from her dogs upon our request, since they’ve never been around dogs before. She also regularly sent updates. I would totally leave my kitties in her care again!
