Hong took wonderful care of our dog Sally for 3 days. Sally was very happy and comfortable during her stay. Hong sent regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we truly appreciate the care and attention she provided. Highly recommend!

Our Lola was in wonderful hands while staying with Lily! She communicated and sent pictures throughout the week. We were able to enjoy our vacation so much more knowing she was in good, loving hands and seeing how comfortable she was with Lily and her family. We can't recommend Lily enough and plan to use her services again in the future! Hands down, five stars!

Jie created such a lovely space for my dog Tyson! She shared photos with me regularly and I can tell my dog is so relaxed and welcomed at her place. She is also a very experienced dog-sitter who can help accommodate my requests feeding my dog medication and able to notice any signs to keep me updated. Thank you so much! Siqin was great in communication with me while I was away and checking on my cats and concerns on their health. My cats can be timid when with new people but she made them feel comfortable and cared for and sent me daily updates on them. They soon opened up to her and relaxed. Nina and Tony took fantastic care of my very shy, fearful, timid dog on her first time away from home. They were patient in understanding her particular needs and accommodating my own concerns and scheduling. They helped our scaredy pup have a positive, growing experience, and it was a big relief to know my dog was in good hands!

Melody took such great care of Jarvis! She sent tons of pictures and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. Jarvis has medical issues and specific medication and food instructions, and she followed everything perfectly. She even kept track of his potty times without me asking. She went above and beyond by brushing out knots on his ears, drying him after rainy potty breaks, and still taking him out even in heavy rain. She consistently updated me on his energy, bathroom breaks, and water intake. It’s clear she genuinely cares. I’d definitely book her again!

Marina & Anwar were so amazing to my golden doodle Riley. They updated me with videos and pictures regularly which provided reassurance. Riley was so happy with them and I will definitely rebook with them. 😊

Judi had our 1.5 year old German Shepard mix for 2 weeks and kept us updated while we were traveling in Japan! She sent many pictures and videos, gave us updates on her temperament and meals, and activities done with our doggy. She’s very flexible and is able to handle our big doggy with confidence. Shruti was absolutely wonderful with my dog Millie, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we booked, her communication was outstanding. She kept us updated throughout the stay with frequent messages, photos, and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating with pickup and drop-off arrangements. My dog is naturally shy, has some anxiety, and is usually uncomfortable around other dogs. Shruti went above and beyond to make her feel safe, comfortable, and welcome. She took the time to understand my dog's needs, made special accommodations, and even made thoughtful efforts to help her socialize at a pace she was comfortable with. The environment was fantastic. They have a large, securely fenced and gated yard that is spacious enough for games of fetch and plenty of exercise. The entire property felt very safe and secure, which was important to us. Most importantly, my dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. She loves home-like environments, and it was obvious that she felt comfortable and at ease with Shruti. That says more than anything else. We felt completely comfortable leaving my pup in Shruti's care, and we would not hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, communicative sitter who truly goes the extra mile!

Zhiya was great! I can tell my cat had a great time. She made sure he was comfortable and she made sure to send lots of pictures. I specifically boarded him so that he can interact with my dogs and cats, and I think she did a great job introducing them and caring for him.

I left my dog Coco a maltipoo, with Tianyu for a week and Coco had a wonderful stay. Tianyu and Pipi were very warm towards him during meet and greet and Coco felt instantly comfortable with them. Tianyu was very diligent in sending daily videos or pics which made me relaxed during travelling. I am very happy i found Tianyu, I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Shaira kindly agreed to board my Malshi when a previous sitter cancelled on us a night before my work trip. Before finalizing the stay, Shaira was extremely communicative as we worked out the details of Sophie’s care plan to make sure that she would be a good fit for my dog. For the duration of Sophie’s stay, Shaira was extremely mindful of Sophie’s routine and her special needs as a senior dog prone to anxiety and accidents. She sent photos and videos multiple times a day where Sophie seemed her usual happy self, fully adjusted to her temporary home. Overall, Shaira provided a safe and comforting home and I hope to work with her again! Thank you!

Sriram and his family loves dogs and the way they took care of Astros was amazing. Astro got a loving home and a family setting he is used to at home. I was totally carefree while on vacation. Really thankful to him for taking such a good care of Astro.

I cannot recommend them enough! They took care of my Japanese Akita, Thunder, for a full 7 days. Akitas can be a challenging breed to handle, but they did an incredible job with him and managed his specific needs perfectly. They were also incredibly accommodating with my schedule—I had to drop him off early and ended up picking him up very late, and they were so gracious and understanding about it. I loved receiving all the pictures and videos throughout the week, which gave me total peace of mind. We will definitely be booking with them again next time!

Mayuri did a great job taking care of Penny. She provided pictures and videos everyday. She kept Penny well fed and exercised for her short stay.
