Dog Boarding in Newtown

Elisabeth was very professional and knowledgeable. This was our first time boarding our dog Blue. He is a Great Dane and due to his size has always proven to be a challenge to socialize him with other people and dogs. Elisabeth understood that and spent a lot of time and effort integrating him in with the other dogs at her house. Thanks Elisabeth.

This was our second time leaving our dog with melissa for the weekend and he didnt want to come back home. Excellent host and a very beautiful fenced property.

Sara needs more than 5 stars! Superstar Sitter! She immediately made me feel confident about leaving my frail old little pal Midas for the weekend - I could tell he would be well cared for and doted on. Then my expectations were exceeded when she coaxed him into eating more than just baby food, cooked for him, brushed him, and even washed his car seat bed! Every small detail was taken care of including re-freezing my ice pack to keep his food cold on my long drive home. And her sweetness and clear love for our furry family shines! I’ve used Rover for Midas almost 10 years, and Sara is my all time greatest sitter! TEN STARS FOR SARA!

Outstanding. Women had a couple of small dogs and my dog and her dogs good along very well. She had a big yard, took my dog for walks, kept him hydrated, and lived in a nice area in the Sierra foothills. Overall, he seemed happy to go to the dog sitters house and probably would have preferred to stay there instead of coming back home with us!!!!

Amy and Justin are incredible dog sitters. They were very responsive and communicative. I received updates with several photos daily, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and always made me smile as I looked them over. Our little Heidi had an absolute blast with them and slept for days after making new human and doggie friends :) I even asked if they would be willing to extend her stay by a day and they responded right away that it wouldn’t be a problem. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants very responsible dog lovers to watch over their pets!! I hope Heidi gets to play with their kiddos and sweet River again soon! :)

Mia thoroughly enjoyed her visit with Jena's family. Jena sent many pictures throughout every day, showing us many activities and cuddle time that Mia got to experience while visiting there. We hope to book Jana again soon to watch Mia!

Dongjun and Minkoung were amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Kumo. It was clear that he was so happy, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout his stay. Knowing that Kumo was in such great hands gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We came home to one very happy pup, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving, trustworthy, and amazing dog sitter!

We are incredibly grateful to Sharon and Henry for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Tony. From the very beginning, they were attentive, kind, and thoughtful, and it was clear Tony was in excellent hands. They kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Tony looked relaxed, happy, and completely at home. Sharon and Henry took him on regular walks, gave him plenty of love and attention, and treated him as if he were their own. Communication was excellent throughout — proactive, caring, and reassuring. Leaving your dog behind is never easy, but knowing Tony was being so well looked after made all the difference. We came home to a calm, happy dog, which says everything. We would absolutely trust Sharon and Henry again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for sitters who are reliable, genuinely caring, and go above and beyond. Minna and Jason took great care of Buster again for his second visit. I appreciated the updates and pictures they sent. Buster had a great time at their house and he will definitely be back.

Nanci is the ABSOLUTE BEST and we are beyond lucky to have found her. She treats our little cavachon, Harrison, like one of her own and is the most loving dog sitter. She's reliable, trustworthy, and just a wonderful, good person. Harrison gets so excited to see Nanci and loves playing with all the other dogs....he comes back from "camp" at Nanci's happy, healthy, and clearly well taken care of, whether he stays for hours or a weekend.

Maisy took great care of our little dog! She sent updates with photos and responded to messages quickly. We would definitely have her dog-sit for us again and recommend her without hesitation.

Deborah surpassed my expectations for taking care of my dog while on vacation! My dog has separation anxiety and tends to not eat when I go on vacation, causing her to lose weight she cannot afford to lose. Deborah took excellent care of her. She sent photos and updates which helped me to relax and enjoy my vacation. Deborah has a calm manner and my dog seems to feel very comfortable with her. When I picked her up at the end of the week I was so happy with her appearance and demeanor. She was in great shape! I highly recommend Deborah and I'm looking forward to having her take care of my dog in the future.
