Michael was very friendly and professional, and made sure to follow through with all requests and expectations. Although my trip was short, he gave me peace of mind knowing that my cats were well-cared for, with regular updates and photos. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and attentiveness, not only for the cats but also for my apartment. I would definitely recommend him as a sitter and will consider using his services again. Rachel was lovely and super communicative and flexible. She took care of my kitty who had to have medicine twice a day, and she even cleaned her litter box without being asked. I booked her to take care of my dog and cat but ended up having to take my dog with me and Rachel was kind enough to contact Rover to adjust the bill to reflect fewer animals.

Isabel handled our high energy dog well and was great at communicating/giving us updates!

Paula and Dudley got along fine! She visited him 3x per day while I was gone for 6 days. Paula checked in several times each day with positive feedback and photos. Dudley is a senior, so Paula had more responsibilities than just feeding and walking him. There were diapers to change and medicines to give him. Paula exudes kindness and empathy towards pets. I recommend that you contact her, meet with her, and book her!

Yana was extremely professional and flexible in taking care of our cats needs and accommodating our schedule and care instructions. She communicated clearly and was very friendly and loving towards our cats and we will definitely be asking for her services again!
