Nao did a great job taking care of my cat. I love the detailed check-in reports and pictures. All my care instructions were followed and she arrives at the expected time.

Yuki was incredibly kind and attentive to Lady. The report cards and photos were also lovely to have and I am more than happy to book Yuki again to look after Lady! Very much trust Yuki with my fur baby, and highly recommend her!

Erika was amazing!! Wonderful communication! And I can tell the puppies were really happy to see her from the pics! Would definitely use her again!!!

Wen was great with our dog Banksy. She showed up on time, fed him and took him for a walk. She provided detailed summary of her visit and let us know he was back home and the house was secured when she left. I will certainly book Wen again.

My cats were happy to see her when she came. She played with them and interacted with them. My husband and I both felt comfortable having her caring for our fur kids.

Vivian is wonderful checking in on our kitties—reliable, kind, and great with our kitties (they get so excited to play with her). We felt completely at ease knowing they were cared for at home.

Bailey was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of my cat and I never had to worry for a second while I was away and didn’t have service while camping. She was super communicative the entire time - regular updates and photos that gave me so much peace of mind. She clearly genuinely cares about animals! My cat was happy, relaxed, and well looked after. I can't recommend Bailey highly enough and will absolutely be booking her again!

Kimberly did a great job caring for my shy kitty. She was patient with him and he warmed up to her quickly. She was great with communication, and kept me in the loop on her arrival times and what was going on with my kitty. I would definitely use her again.

We are so grateful for the care she gave our two dogs—a very nervous poodle and our gentle giant. We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, which already made us feel comfortable, but what truly stood out was her patience and kindness during the visits. Our dogs were clearly anxious being without mom and dad, yet she took her time, moved at their pace, and genuinely went above and beyond to help them feel safe and cared for. Her communication was excellent and brought us so much peace of mind while we were away. It meant everything knowing our pups were in such thoughtful, loving hands. We would absolutely love to work with her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone with sensitive dogs.

Kristen went all out to take care of our two senior dogs. She was adaptable to an evolving situation, and I will definitely invite her to care for our dogs in the future.

This was our 2nd time having Dalton care for our cats. He did a wonderful job, our kitties are happy and healthy when we arrive home. Thank you!

Went above and beyond on each drop in visit. My ac went out and so I asked for some extra random requests and she tackled them all. Highly recommend for any pet sitting needs
