Kaitlyn is still magic! 2nd time with my traumatized neurotic goofball cat, who has hid from all previous cat sitters: none could even get a photo beyond a black blur in the hallway. But Kaitlyn? We were lucky to find Joanne and have her look after our cat, Max. He's a shy one and hides a lot. She must have superpowers because he came to her and let her pet him right away. She was punctual and let us know how he was doing every day with lots of pictures. Melissa looked after my cat while I was away, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was reliable and attentive. Communication was excellent. I received regular updates, which gave me peace of mind knowing my cats were safe and comfortable. She followed instructions carefully, gave medication and prescribed diet on schedule to one of them who is sick. She was brave enough to learn how to do a fluids IV. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a sitter who is not only reliable but also compassionate and capable of handling special needs.

Jazelyn took great care of my two cats and also my plants. She was great with communicating and sending pictures. She cleaned the litter, washed the cat bowls, and I returned home to two happy cats. Would definitely book with Jazelyn again.
