Kieran did a great job looking after Phoebe. He was reliable, communicative, and sent great updates during each visit. Phoebe is usually very timid with strangers, but Kieran took the time to make her feel comfortable, and she eventually warmed up to him for some pets! I felt very comfortable leaving her in his care and will definitely reach out to him next time I’m away.

We were nervous hiring someone for the first time and Tina’s profile stood out. We met her in person before the services and she seemed like a wonderful person. She watched our cat for 2 days and we got so many pictures and videos. Our boy liked her from the moment he met her during meet and greet and I think she liked him too. Cindy was amazing! Right when I first met her I could tell she was going to do a great job. She was very responsive, asked great questions and brought along a helper too! We are very impressed with what a great job she did. The animal areas were clean and more importantly the animals were well taken care of. We will absolutely use her again!
