Dog Boarding in Occidental

My dog had a wonderful time! And I could tell how much they had bonded already :) they were super sweet and kind to him even though he can be a bit shy at first

My dog was so well adjusted and calm when we came home, so I knew Bernadette took great care of her. She loved playing with Bernadette's two fur babies. And, I got a photo every day of mine, which helped with the separation sadness! Thanks Bernadette!

Our Peanut seems to enjoy his time with Brandi and her family. Peanut had stayed once before with his brother Snoopy and we felt at ease leaving him there again for his first overnight stay without him. (Sadly Snoopy is no longer with us) Proof was that my husband said Peanut went right inside her home and didn’t look back. Brandi sent us pictures throughout his stay and let us know how he was doing. He looked like he was having a fun time with the other doggos. We felt like he was in good hands knowing he was given his medication and supplements as well as loving care. Will certainly contract Brandi for future dog sitting needs. Highly recommend!

Heather was such a great dog sitter for Garvey and Otis. She gave me regular updates and pictures of my dogs and I loved all her commentary of what they were doing. She gave me peace of mind for my two boys that are high energy and one that’s an extreme Velcro dog.

If I could give Marina 10 stars then I most definitely would! Marina has such a caring heart and hand with animals, it clearly shows! Marina frequently stays in touch with you through messages and many pictures! She walks the dogs and makes sure each one gets lots of love and attention as if they were her own. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog with Marina which made my vacation a more relaxing one knowing my dog was in good loving hands. My dog is so happy at her home with her and her family!! I cannot recommend this sweet, loving, and professional family enough to care for your pet! We had to find a pet sitter last minute for the holidays and we lucked out. Gabriel and Laura accommodated us and our schedule and sent plenty of pictures and updates! Their sweet daughter is the cherry on top because she loved on our dog as well! You can have peace of mind that your pet will be well cared for and I think their rates are very reasonable! 5 stars all around!

My overly energetic 4-yr-old pup Kobe absolutely LOVES being at David's place. Kobe starts squealing wildly even before we enter the driveway. David is a kind and wonderful lifetime dog owner who fully understands canines and their needs. He is so good with all the dogs in his care: totally loving yet disciplined, attentive and careful, and in control when one of them gets out of hand. David is very communicative & responsive, and his home is a dog paradise with several fenced-in acres for all the dogs to run freely. He often cares for several dogs at once, so your dog will have lots of playmates to make the stay with David even more enjoyable for them. I think Kobe is happier at David's than he is at home! It's heaven for dogs there! I can't recommend David's dog care highly enough!

Angelina is so good with Lila~ my very sweet but overall difficult pup~ plus Angelina is so easy to work with and accomodating. Her love for animals is clear and genuine... And I feel secure in knowing that the next time I want to get away she will be here to care for my fur babies

While Carson was boarding, we received pictures of Carson relaxing with the family and walking around the neighborhood. When he came home he was relaxed and calm. Next time, I hope he can come back.

Marie is wonderful! I always worry when I leave Riley with someone while we are gone. I have total confidence in Marie and knew that Riley would be happy and safe. I think he had a blast!

Sarah was amazing caregiver for my little Finny. She sent me pictures every day and I could tell that he had an awesome time! I would definitely use her again!

Mandy took care of our senior dog Buster for 3 weeks. She was great at keeping us posted as to his daily activities and also caring for him during a particularly rainy period - but she managed to sneak in the walks he so enjoys somehow!

Anna did a great job taking care of my Shiba Daisy. She is an excellent communicator and I feel that Daisy was very well cared for.

Veronica and her partner are absolutely amazing and take such great care of our dogs. This was our second time booking with her and we will keep coming back! We can tell our pups adore them!

Debbie is lovely, responsive and super flexible. Our two young labs spent a great weekend at her house with two long walks a day, plenty of cuddling and access to an enclosed yard with lots to explore. She sent just the right number of photos and videos, and we didn't worry for a minute. She has years of dog experience (all sizes) and easily and lovingly handles our frisky girls. We're glad to have found her! Top notch.

My pup stayed with Melissa for 2+ weeks while I was traveling abroad. My dog is a bit dog reactive and energetic, and did so well at Melissa's place! Melissa worked with her daily and sent pictures and videos. My pup was so happy! I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again.

I can not say enough amazing things about Lindsay and how comfortable and confident I felt in her caring for our dog. We have a Frenchie and they can be ... some maintenance (heat sensitive, they need their face folds clean, etc) and she was great about all of it. I got regular updates and pics and when I picked up my doggy, she had everything ready to go for quick transport AND my doggy was happy! I will definitely use Lindsay again. Thank you Lindsay!!!
