Our Lab stayed with Galady for the first time and had a wonderful time! I was updated daily with photos. We greatly appreciate the care given.

First time using Rover.com and it was a great experience. Callie did great at Derek and Leslie’s. It was so convenient and we loved the pictures they sent of her while we were gone. Thanks for taking such great care of our girl.

Nadya took amazing care of our puppy she and her family provided so much love and attention their love of animals clearly showed! They provided many much appreciated pictures and updates! We will be happy to use again!

Julia did a wonderful job caring for my elderly pet while I was on vacation. She sent pictures showing how he had settled in his new surroundings and was enjoying himself. I never worried about Zeus while I was gone because I knew he was being well taken cared of.

Milagros is great! She came highly recommended and was so sweet to our little Mochi. Very responsive, sends many updates on our girl, and very upfront on the care she provides! Will definitely have her sitting Mochi again!

Once again Darlene enabled us to have a worry-free weekend get-away. Love the ease of interacting & drop off/pick up. We know our 3 pups are in good hands & they love their playtime & walks thanks to Darlene.

Tamara is awesome! She's very professional. And most importantly, she genuinely cares for the pets in her home. She sent me photos and updates daily. I was concerned for my dog, as he's not used to being around alot of other dogs, but he did just fine. I recommend Tamara over pricey pet hotels that I've used in the past. Your pet will be shown plenty of attention.

Laura was very quick to respond to my questions and sent pictures throughout my dog’s stay. I felt completely confident that my dog was getting the attention and care I hoped he would receive. She is responsible and caring. I highly recommend if you want to know while you are travelling that your dog is in good hands.

Victoria is amazing. She took wonderful care of our dog and sent daily updates with lots of pictures. Seriously the perfect place to leave your pet.

Adrienne was amazing and very accommodating! Easy to talk to and followed instructions regarding feeding and walking routine. She allowed us to drop our dog off earlier and pick up later due to a flight delay. She even boiled him a chicken cause I ran out of food for him! I loved the video and picture updates! Kygo had fun and would book again!:)

Kendra was absolutely amazing! We felt completely comfortable leaving our baby, Mia, in her care while we traveled out of state for four days. She was so kind and attentive, making sure Mia was happy and well cared for the entire time. Kendra’s updates gave us peace of mind, and it was clear how much she loves and understands dogs. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely trust her again!

This feedback is for two reasons. First, I want to express my immense gratitude to Gregory for saving us during a very stressful moment. Our original sitter canceled the booking just two days before we were scheduled to drop off our dog. We found out after 5 PM on a Friday, which was incredibly stressful and frustrating, though we understand that unforeseen situations can occur. What was particularly upsetting was that when I searched for a new sitter, the fees were significantly higher due to the short notice. I reached out to Rover support and was disappointed to learn that there is no real contingency plan for last-minute sitter cancellations. A sitter's trustworthiness and reliability are paramount to building the company's reputation. This is why Gregory was such a blessing. He is a true asset to Rover. He took exceptional care of our German Shepherd for an entire week. He provided daily walks, ensured our dog ate on time, dedicated time for play, and made sure he had plenty of rest. We are so grateful for his professionalism and care. He is highly recommendable, and we will definitely be requesting his services again.

Sara was a very nice lady who our dog seemed to like very much. She sent photos throughout the day and that made us feel better about his well-being. Will use again.

Alexis and her family did an amazing job with my dog! It was my first time leaving my dog with anyone and she immediately assured me that Tracy would be well cared for. And she was! Alexis also took time to reach out every day to give me an update and to send pictures. I trust Alexis and her family with Tracy and for sure will be back if they will have us haha. Cheryl has taken great care of my pup several times. She was always accommodating, communicative, and trustworthy. Her daughter, Violet, is super sweet and also took great care of my dog as well as played with him and gave him plenty of love. I would highly recommend Cheryl and Violet for any short or long term doggy sitting needs. Thanks guys!

Jena and her family were fabulous. They have a nice house with a wonderful and secure backyard. My dogs love their two children. I feel really secure leaving my dogs with them. They are now my go to Rover sitters.

Amazing experience for my cat Coco. This was a last-minute stage due to my apartment needed to be painted and she helped me significantly. I felt so safe and Coco enjoyed the Cat condo had a great time. It was amazing for Coco hundred percent recommend she’s my lifetime sitter now. She also allowed me to do a very early drop off .

Angela took such good care of our pup! We really appreciated the regular updates with pics and Angela’s overall communication and responsiveness. We will definitely book with Angela again.

Haley F did such a great job keeping care of our senior corgi Piper. She sent pictures throughout the boarding which was so nice. I would highly recommend Haley F and will use her in the future as the need arises.

Alyssa was super easy to work with and made drop off and pick up easy to schedule. She sent pictures of our dog's stay, so our daughter could see how he was doing. All went well and we will use Alyssa again in the future.
