We had never used any prior pet sitting service and were understandably nervous but Elizabeth was EXCEPTIONAL! She obviously has a talent and a passion for working with animals. She was so patient with our 2 cats and spent quality time playing with them and giving them attention. Elizabeth quickly gained both their trust and ours which is invaluable. 10/10 recommend her! Thank you for taking the time and patience to check in on our little Tulip, and even despite her accident made in her kennel, you were truly kind enough to make sure she was catered towards. This was our first time using Rover and it’s been a great experience overall due to the quality care and service of those who are willing to use their passion for animals and helping others to do good. Michelle has been the best and the most reliable person that we have ever had who takes care of my three cats while me and my husband are away on trips. She understands cats and takes the time needed to bond and make them feel loved. Michelle plays with them, gives them treats and ensures they are entertained. I always get pictures of how they play or accompany Michelle with their meal preparation. I can see my cats are relaxed and happy. I needed a drop in to walk and feed my senior Red Heeler. Deborah was simply fabulous! She offered to stop by a few days beforehand to meet us (even though she’s incredibly busy with other clients) and then on the day of, she handled a drop in, walkies, foodies, sending pics, checking in with me and locking up. I’m so happy and relieved that I can simply depend on Deborah to show up and handle my pup’s needs when I am not able to get home on time. I highly recommend Deborah!

Sydney was awesome to work with. She did a meet and greet with our pup before our trip and was very timely with her check-ins.
