Jeffrey and Victor took amazing care of Leo. They sent photos and great at communicating with us. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again to care for Leo in the future.

Tara and her partner are absolutely amazing! This was the best boarding experience we’ve ever had. Our dog Leo is usually not very friendly with new people, but from the very first meeting he loved them and felt super comfortable in their presence and in their home. Leo spent a full week with them, and throughout the entire time we received updates and felt at peace knowing he was having so much fun and being taken such good care of. They’re an active couple and kept Leo active too with daily walks and lots of playtime. I’m sure Leo is already missing the wonderful time he spent in Pacifica and the walks by the beach. We’re moving to the East Coast in July and unfortunately won’t be able to book with them again, but we absolutely recommend them 1000% to anyone in the area. They’re truly wonderful people, and I’m beyond happy that Leo found his two new best friends 🤎

Cynthia’s family are truly dog lovers. They are sending pictures and videos couple times a day. Hana loves to go there and play with other dogs. She is very happy be there always. I’m 100 % trust and recommended to everyone.

I am extremely happy with the care Nupur and Arani provided for Bunny. From the start, it was clear that they genuinely love dogs and are exceptionally skilled at caring for them. Nupur and Arani went above and beyond to ensure Bunny was comfortable and happy. They even gave Bunny a boiled egg every day without charging us, and it was clear that Bunny was in great hands. Daily updates and adorable photos showed me how well he was being cared for while I was away. I received a happy and a healthy dog, which is always a bonus! Outstanding care for our very needy dog. He has abandonment issues and we were concerned that he’d be difficult. Mimi and her partner were very attentive and patient. My dog calmed down and had a a quiet sleep in his crate with his favorite stuffy. It was a perfect experience and my dog has some wonderful new friends. Thank you so much!

We were so anxious to leave our 5 month old pup for the 1st time. We booked Luke and scheduled a meet and greet at a dog park. Within just a few moments I felt completely at ease with leaving our dog with Luke. Our puppy spent 4 days in dog heaven taking long walks and playing in dog parks for hours everyday. Luke sent lots of updates with pics and videos of all the fun they had; I never once felt worried about leaving our family member in his care. I actually feel guilty bringing my dog home from his awesome vacation! I'm already looking at my calendar to ensure we get Luke for our next vacation.

I was forced to look for a pet sitter at the last minute before my vacation and happened upon Rover.com. After reviewing several sitter options I decided to reach out to Allison. Allison was very prompt responding to my inquiry and subsequent email communications. She asked a lot of questions about Santana's needs which gave me the impression she would be very caring. Allison (and Moses) met my daughter and Santana at the dog park to ensure he would be comfortable with a larger dog. My daughter said Allison is like the Dog Whisperer because Santana didn't bark or growl at her as he usually does with strangers. All went well and Santana spent 10 days with Allison, her husband, and Moses (his new BFF). Allison posted pictures of Santana and sent emails letting us know how he was doing during his stay. It definitely put me at ease knowing that he was well cared for in a loving home. Allison has the sweetest disposition and shows a genuine and sincere affinity for the pets left in her care. I wouldn't hesitate to leave Santana with Allison again and I highly recommend her services. She and her husband took excellent care of my little guy.

I’ve had several dog sitters for pinto and also checked out a few dog boarders in the area and Christine by far has been the best. I initially chose her since I liked the opportunity for my dog to be able to have a friend and lots of playtime to distract from my absence without the overstimulation, and also unknown factor of multiple dogs in a larger day care situation. Her communication and thoroughness ahead of boarding alleviated a lot of anxiety I had around preparing to leave my dog for the longest we’ve been apart. The day of the trip, I was dealing with a last minute flight cancellation and she was so kind and flexible with me as I worked out a new drop off time. She also set expectations up front with when to expect the daily updates and then delivered exactly as she said she would, which again was a relief. Her updates provided me with insight into pintos daily routine there and the photos she shared were not just helpful for checking in but delightful. I shared them with my family daily to see what pinto had been up to and my mom commented on the high quality of the shots. In terms of care, due to discussions ahead of time, I felt confident in alignment with her around general training, engagement, exercise and feeding which was confirmed throughout the trip with our communication. When I came back, pinto has happy to see me but also wasn’t over stimulated more like she had a fun visit with a friend. I am definitely rebooking with Christine for future dog sitting needs and highly recommend her for others

Yvonne took great care of Katsu while my husband and I were away for Memorial Day weekend. She was also very understanding when our flight back was delayed. She sent several photos to me during his stay which I always appreciated.

GREAT pet sitters! They made us feel so secure about taking care of our elderly, deaf dog. They sent us photos and had great communication with us. They provided Maggie with what she likes best: family couch time! Would use again in a heartbeat!

Sin watched our two dogs for 4 days and was great! She was very responsive, provided timely updates, and stuck to the instructed routine for feeding and walks for them. It was our first time using Rover and we really appreciated Sin’s patience and care for our dogs. We know they had a lot of fun and we would recommend Sin to anyone!

2nd round and my dog had a wonderful time with Kazu & Yuko. They are friendly, responsive and provide video & picture updates. They took really good care of our dog, we will definitely continue booking with them in the near future.
