We love this family. They love our dogs. Their teenage son cuddles with our dog (who is a people dog). Erika does most of the bookings and coordinates and she is very flexible and accommodating. She even cooks a little special meal for our pup. She and her family love our dogs and it shows. We always know our fur babies are well taken care of with Erika, Stephen and their teenage sons. We have used them repeatedly...

Kazu and Yuko took very good care of Scooby. They sent pictures and videos everyday and I could tell Scooby was having a blast with his new furry buddies as well as with Kazu and Yuko. Scooby is looking forward to the next stay. Thank you Kazu and Yuko.

Thank you Wei for A fantastic job watching my Weimaraner, Winston! She was very pleasant to interact with. She kept me updated with photos of Winston while I was gone, which I really appreciated! My pup Lila loved staying with Maria and playing in the sunny, spacious backyard. She didn't want to leave! I appreciated Maria's attention to instructions and regular communication. Thank you, Maria, for taking great care of my dog!

Tiffany took great care of my senior dog while I was out for 6 days. She was communicative by messages and sent photos and an update whenever we missed our dog Puddles!

GREAT pet sitters! They made us feel so secure about taking care of our elderly, deaf dog. They sent us photos and had great communication with us. They provided Maggie with what she likes best: family couch time! Would use again in a heartbeat!

I am so grateful to Alison and Gordon for the wonderful care and attention they gave our Daizy. I appreciate their warmth and professionalism. My children and I looked forward to their updates and pictures they would send every couple of days. We missed her terribly, but knew that the 2 weeks she was with Alison and Gordon, she would receive the best of care!

This was my first time ever using Rover and I’m so glad I found Ivan for Archie’s first overnight boarding that’s not a family or friend. He was amazing with Archie and made sure to follow my preferred feeding process. He sent picture updates and was extremely responsive with any questions I had. He was also super kind and flexible with the pick up time since something came up last minute. In the end, picked up the original time but it is reassuring to know how accommodating he is. Cynthia and Chi are beyond amazing! We booked a 2 week trip knowing that our pup would be in good hands and well cared for. This is the longest we’ve ever been away from of our dogs Communication was great throughout her stay and we looked forward to the daily pics and videos that they shared. Cynthia and Chi definitely treat the pups like their own and are the absolute best!

If I could give more stars I would. The perfect home and host for our dog. Leticia was so responsive and on top of sending photos and keeping us updated. She’s clearly a dog lover and we never doubted our boy Earl was in the best hands!

Stephen was wonderful. He took take of our baby at the very last minute of booking. No hassle. Received updates and pics giving us a peace of mind. It’s was like a home away from home for Odie. Will definitely book again!

We hired Chenyang to cat-sit our senior kitty, Cami, and she was wonderful to work with. Chenyang is very accommodating, and attentive. Because of her age, our cat Cami has very specific feeding instructions. Chenyang followed them perfectly in her clean, quiet apartment, and Cami came back looking well taken care of, well fed, and completely happy. We highly recommend Chenyang and would absolutely board Cami with her again!

Bennett was easy to contact, great to deal with, and our pup was very well cared for. She came home happy, clean, and relaxed. We were very happy with his conscientiousness and it was clear he understood and met our dog’s needs.

Words can’t express how incredible Sandra and Jose were with Gizmo. I picked him up yesterday, and he honestly seemed a little sad that his mini-vacation with them had come to an end! 🫣 From our very first meet-and-greet through pickup, they were warm, welcoming, and transparent about their experience caring for dogs. They made me feel that Gizmo was genuinely loved and wanted, not simply being looked after as a responsibility. They went above and beyond in caring for him, asking if they could make him homemade organic sweet potatoes and even preparing him rice water when they saw he had an upset stomach. Their kindness and affection for Gizmo was evident in every update, message, and interaction I had with them. I found myself genuinely looking forward to their updates, whether it was a video of Jose earning his first kisses, or a picture of Sandra spending her mornings enjoying a coffee while playing fetch. It was clear that Gizmo was not only well cared for but truly loved. I feel so lucky to have found Sandra and Jose, and I will absolutely be reaching out to them again in the future. Thank you so much!

Christopher was wonderful with our puppy, Jax. He greeted us with daily descriptive updates on Jax’s well being & activities. He was incredibly patient with our energetic guy & gave him the love and attention that any pet owner would hope for when leaving their pet for a trip. We felt totally confident & comfortable leaving our furry friend in his hands. I would happily rebook with Christopher in the future!

Sofia was amazing! Luna looks so healthy and happy. She was with Sofia for over a week and we received great updates from her. Thank you Sofia for taking care of our little Luna !
