Pet Sitting in Pacifica

Vicky provided great service to our two birds and our two fish tanks. I know Rover is more tailored for dogs/cats but Vicky was great to adapt and take care our pets. I plan on using her for our next trips.

Vlada is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure my pups are comfortable and potty-ed :)

Stephanie was amazing. This was my first time using Rover and she made me feel very at ease with everything. She came over for a meet and greet to see the cats and to see our place to show her where everything was and she made that very easy to schedule too. She left great notes and pictures! I highly recommend. I will be using her services again!

Chenyang was very friendly and paid attention to my instructions. My dogs were happy and there were no problems. I would hire her again.

Nikka took such wonderful care of my dog and cat this January, with twice a day drop-in visits for feeding and some affection and attention. It was obvious during our "meet and greet" that she has a special connection with and love for both dogs and cats, is experienced in caring for them, and is also patient, detail-oriented, bright, friendly and calm. Nikka was completely reliable and timely, giving both my dog and cat loving attention, sending reassuring photos and videos of my pets daily, and even managing to coax my extremely shy cat out from hiding over the course of my weekend away! When there was a problem opening my front door on her first day caring for my animals, she calmly called me, and remained calm and focused on finding a solution during the 10 minutes it took us to work out the problem with the door. I will DEFINITELY use Nikka's services the next time I need a pet sitter!

Cheyne and Pei were an awesome team and we couldn't be more happy with them! They recently took care of our Golden (easy going) and mini Dachshund (shy / stand-offish). We were impressed with how much effort they put in to win over our little doxie! They went above and beyond with detailed check-in notes, led them on new walk routes, and took care of all of our requests with perfect attention! They were SUPER punctual, always arriving on time like clockwork. We're thrilled to have found them and look forward to working with them in the future!

Jie provided excellent care for our 15-year-old medically fragile senior kitty, who has several health conditions that require daily medication. We booked her to visit our cat three times daily to give her food, meds, litter box scooping, and quality time (cuddles, pets, scritches) while we were out of the country. During these check-ins, she sent us lots of pics, videos, and detailed notes about our cat’s appetite, hydration levels, medication reactions, and litter box activity. When she noticed concerning symptoms (decreased appetite, peeing outside the litter box) she called me immediately to let me know and discuss our options. What impressed me most was her ability to give our cat her daily medication (oral pills) in a way that was quick and low-stress, which did not result in any hisses or bites. I can tell she truly loves cats and cared about our kitty’s well-being as much as we do. We felt reassured that our cat was in good hands with Jie, and we’d definitely book her again for future cat sitting.

Alyssa was great….communicative, punctual, and clearly cared about our dog. Everything was handled exactly as discussed, which gave us real peace of mind. Would absolutely book again.

Cheryl did an excellent job of taking care of my two cats. She feed them, played with them, cleaned the liter box, and loved them. Cheryl kept the feeding and liter box area extremely clean. I highly recommend Cheryl.

Brianna was super great in taking care of my senior cat who has extra needs (medication and hour long visits). Communication was easy and she even cleaned his bowls and things even though we didn’t ask her to. We would work with her again!
