Dog Boarding in Palo Alto

Alice was fantastic with Ollie during her 15-day stay. She kept us updated with photos and videos throughout our trip, which gave us complete peace of mind. Ollie came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. She also had the best time playing with Alice’s dog, Charlie—they became great buddies! It’s obvious that Alice genuinely loves dogs and treats them like family. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave Ollie with Alice again and highly recommend her.

Fang is such a great sitter!! My dog was very happy with her!! They a full day of fun adventures. Four loves cuddles and Fang was sure to give her lots of love and cuddles. She took great care of Four while I was away for the weekend. I received lots of adorable photos of Four having a great time! This is the second time that Fang watched Four for me, and would definitely use her again!! She is an amazing dog sitter! She also went above and beyond by picking up and dropping off!

I highly recommend Tracy and Harry! They took fantastic care of our dog and kept us updated with plenty of photos throughout the day, which was such a joy to receive. It was clear our dog was happy and well-loved during their stay. Communication was seamless, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in great hands. Matthew and Katelyn were amazing. I was so worried that I had to leave Nora while I went on a business trip for 4 days. But Matthew sent me daily updates. Nora made herself at home immediately. She looked very comfortable and happy. Matthew’s daughter is really good with Nora as well. It made me so happy to see them playing together. I think it made me feel at ease that Matthew’s family had a dog before and knew exactly what to do when Nora threw up. Will definitely rebook next time I’m out of town!

Kimmy and Jesse were AMAZING with my doodle! They squeezed me in for a meet and greet after my other dog care plans fell through, and then proceeded to take such sweet care of my dog over the holidays. They sent so many updates and pictures and specifically checked my dogs ears daily because I had a past bad experience with a dog sitter missing an ear infection. They were just the best!!

Meerim was fantastic!! Highly communicative with lots of pics and details. Theo unfortunately has some medical issues during his stay and Meerim was amazing, helping take care of him and keeping us at ease.

Margaret is always awesome with our dog, Cooper. He’s a social guy and we love that he has buddies to hang out with when he stays with her and we completely trust her sense of pup interactions and personalities. We feel very lucky to have found Margaret.

JoJo had a great time staying with Manli's family for a long weekend. Manli updated us every night with photos of JoJo's day, and it meant a lot to see her happy and playing with other dogs. Manli so clearly understands dogs and how they communicate. This was JoJo's first time boarded in a home, and I'm very grateful it was with Manli's family! She came home happy from a weekend full of play and attention.

Kelly was amazing! She was incredibly friendly and took the time to meet with us since it was our first time using Rover. She was very responsive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy and reassuring. We felt completely comfortable leaving our Golden Retriever in her care. We highly recommend Kelly and will definitely use her again in the future!

Shannon took great care of our lab Peanut and kept us updated throughout his stay with lots of photos and messages. He got plenty of walks and activities, and it was clear that he was well looked after. We really appreciated the communication and would happily book with Shannon again.

Jessica is absolutely wonderful and paid very close attention to Kona and all the care information I had provided her. I absolutely loved the fact that she always check-in with me if she had any questions! I really appreciate that level of care.

Yun and Lina provided exceptional care. My doggie can be quite sensitive, but they adjusted so well and had a wonderful time. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Michael took great care of Molly. She is a very shy girl. He did everything possible to to make her stay comfortable. We will continue to to bring Molly back to him for future trips We would highly recommend him to others

Mora was absolutely wonderful with Baxter. She sent lots of photos and texts with how they spent their day. She took him for walks, played tug of war and snuggled on the couch. She was very good at picking up his cues to understand what he needed. She has a clean, lovely home with a backyard in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely use Mora as a sitter again.
