Dog Boarding in Panorama City

We had a great experience with Hasmik. Our dog Louie was well-cared for, and he bonded well with Hasmik and her husband. We enjoyed getting photos and updates. We'd definitely have her watch Louie again.

Adam, Amorn, and her entire family were absolutely incredible! They were the best sitters my dog could have ever asked for. They were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They genuinely took the time to understand Raye and showed a deep love for animals. I received frequent check-ins, including pictures and videos, which gave me peace of mind. They genuinely enjoy their job, which is crucial for pet parents to know that this is more than just a job for them. They truly care about animals and want to ensure that any animal that comes through their door is safe and loved. I couldn’t have asked for better sitters. You absolutely must book with them!

Incredible experience! Where to begin... We own a 4yo, male (neutered), medium/large lab mix (77 lbs.) named Archie that is high-strung (high energy, barker, anxious) and is on a daily medication as a result. We had been going to the same pet boarder for a number of years whenever we needed someone to watch him and never had an issue. However, at the last minute, our boarder cancelled our planned stay and we were left without a home for Archie, and had about 36 hours to find someone new! I saw Renata's profile, read the glowing reviews on Rover, and reached out to see if she would be willing to meet Archie (that same day) for a week-long stay starting the following day. Again, we're talking about a dog she's never met. Without hesitation, Renata responded that she would love to meet him, agreed to meet us that evening, and allowed us to stay as long as we liked to see if it would be a fit. Thankfully, it was, and we dropped Archie off the next day (and prayed everything would be okay). Not only was Renata incredibly communicative throughout his stay, sending text updates, pictures, and videos, but it was apparent that Archie was having a phenomenal time! Unlike our previous boarder, Renata had multiple dogs at her home every day (some boarding, some day care), and the added benefit of having other dogs to play with during his stay made a world of difference for Archie. He absolutely loved it. By the end of our first day away we felt confident (and comforted) that we left our beloved pup in a safe environment and impeccable hands. I simply cannot thank Renata enough and she will be our only boarding option going forward. She's fantastic.

We started with a meet and greet with Lizet - we ended up meeting her fiancé, her Dad, and her two dogs. All of whom were great! Everyone did exactly the right thing when meeting new people/animals! LOL. It all went smoothly. Fast forward a week or two and we dropped Rocket off for an overnight. Lizet handled him well and knew how to deal with his collar and harness (the latter you would be surprised how many people can't figure out!). She ensured he got all his pills and sent pics/videos even though it was just 24 hours. She really seemed to care about him - which we love! Thanks Lizet!

Nadege was amazing! So great with my dog Phoebe, she loved her. Great at communication, sent me lots of photos during her stay which was very reassuring. Phoebe will definitely be staying with her again!

We had a wonderful experience with Brenda! Communication was excellent from the start—clear, timely, and always reassuring. She truly cared for our dog like her own. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dog was in such loving and capable hands. Thank you as always for caring for Angel while we were away!

Alexis and Melissa kept me updated throughout my pups stay. I could tell they took great care of him and had a great time. I would definitely use them again :)

Marcelo and his wife did an amazing job taking care of my two pups while i was away. One of my dogs struggles with high anxiety and they were so accommodating to her, taking the extra time to make a little nook for her. They also have a nice yard for dogs to run around in. My pups were in great hands. Highly recommend.

Sean was tremendously patient and caring with Skittles who stayed with him for a few nights. He was also great with his meds and feeding schedule and made sure our senior pup felt comfortable at all times.

Nicole is so fantastic as always- my puppy guava has stayed with her twice now and he’s so happy to be there and comfortable with the whole environment - as he matures his behavior is even better at home after spending time over there! She always goes above and beyond!

Jolie was an amazing care taker for my cat bobi , my cat is really shy and she opened a bit to her . Jolie sent videos and pictures through out my trip and kept me updated . You can tell she really loves animals . I will be booking with Jolie anytime I have a trip .

Armando took great care of my dogs for 2 nights. Doggies came back in excellent condition. They were clearly well fed, happy, and well looked after the entire time. I really appreciated the peace of mind and would definitely book with Armando again.

Annabelle and Ben did a wonderful job taking care of my dog Bleu and making sure he felt right at home. He’s always been very timid and shy, but loved their dog Ranger and warmed up to them very quickly. I loved all the updates and photos they sent, it really helped me feel like he was well taken care of. Highly recommend booking with them!

I had a wonderful experience with James! From the very start he was instant with responses and was flexible with my undetermined travel times. I appreciated the daily photo he sent which reassured me that Bear was in good hands. He considered all the instructions carefully and made sure my dog was well taken care of throughout his stay. When I picked Bear up, I could tell he had really bonded with James — he was calm and happy, which spoke volumes. I’m very happy with the care and attention he gave. I will be booking again in the future!

Our puppy Simba, loves going over to Rachel and Preston's house. When he saw Rachel for a second visit he jumped all over her and couldn't stop kissing her. They're all very sweet, including their dog Winston who quickly became Simba's buddy. Great experience all around. So thankful to have found them.

Chan and Jibin couldn't have taken better care of my Toby. They sent pictures, taught me a few things and made me feel comfortable leaving my new puppy in their secure hands. I will use them next time. i was lucky to find them.

Walley and Anne were fantastic people with my pupper. They took care of her as if she was their own. My pup needed some special care and they were so accommodating. Thank you both so much! I will definitely be using their services again.

Just fabulous! My dog is very picky about who he likes and Silvi made him feel so at ease. She is beyond qualified and has the personality to match it! She really is a friend to animals and you can tell she has a way with them. Drop-off and pick-up were a breeze as well. 10/10, would recommend!

Laura and Brian have watched Oliver for us several times now and he always has an amazing stay. Their patience and experience with dogs who have separation anxiety has helped him open up immensely. He's come home a more confident and playful pup each time. Laura has taken the time to make sure her yard and home are a safe space for dogs to get used to new environments and new dogs. It's definitely become Oliver's happy place and we are so grateful to have found them.
