Dog Boarding in Penryn

Jena (and fam) were awesome! She kept our Australian Shepherd occupied and content. We will definitely look them up again when we leave town. Thank you Jena!

Dongiun and Minkoung were excellent sitters for our dog ! Their communication was excellent from the booking until picking up our dog. They sent photos of our dog, Ringo, and let us know he was adjusting well, and also sleeping and eating well. They even took him to a dog park, which he very much enjoys :). My dog was very calm when I picked him up. I would highly recommend Dongiun and Minkoung as dog sitters- they truly want to make your pet happy and have their heart in it :)

Alesya is the best! It’s always nerve racking when we are taking a family trip and the need to pick a dog sitter becomes a need. We are always a little anxious and worried because we have two small dogs and they can be a handful. Alesya, made the experience very calming and reassuring. She made our first night, the most uncertain night, stress free and my dogs clicked with her quickly. Even though my dogs had really never spent time with other dogs, they had a chance to socialize and learn to play well with other dogs she was boarding. It was like they were on vacation as well. They looked healthy and happy when we picked them up and it was okviois they had been treated very well. I would highly recommend Alyesa to anyone looking for a good trustworthy and responsive sitter. She will be our family’s goto sitter anytime we travel. Thank you Alesya and family!!!

Minna and Jason took great care of Buster again for his second visit. I appreciated the updates and pictures they sent. Buster had a great time at their house and he will definitely be back.

So glad to have found Sandy for our 11 year old dog. I felt very comfortable having our pooch there even though she hasn’t been watched by people outside of the family often and has an anxious tendency being away from home. I hope Sandy will have Stella back

It appears that Rosie is right at home in Kelsey’s home! I love that I can go away and know she is comfortable and part of the family when I am gone!

Allie and her family did a great job watching my dog, Ringo. She sent a video and pictures showing my dog playing with their dog and resting ! My dog was well cared for and had a great time during his stay. I would love to have Allie watch my dog again.

Ruby was amazing! She was an excellent communicator and provided daily pics and videos of my boy Merlin. I know he had a blast hanging out with Cooper and the kiddos since he rarely gets much excitement when he’s home with me, haha! I will definitely use Ruby again in the future, and I know Merlin is already looking forward to the next visit!

Grant was awesome! He really helped my pup warm up, and she had a great time running around with the rest of the pack! By the time we got home, she was all tuckered out. Grant kept in contact with me throughout the stay and sent photos often. I will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Nicole made the process easy, was attentive to our needs and accommodated last minute changes. Our pup returned home in a pleasant mood and we intend to use Nicole’s services again in the future.

Leslie is wonderful 💜 She handled my rescued pup, Lulah’s, quirks expertly and with kindness. Her communication with me was top notch. Thank you, Leslie 💜

If I could giver higher than a 5-star approval rating, I would do so. This was our rescue pup's first experience away from our home and to add a complication, she went into heat the week prior to her visit with Amanda. During the visit, our pup had a nervous tummy and Amanda stepped up by making soothing food for her. Also, Amanda was very quick to respond to communications. Not only did Amanda provide excellent care with daily activity, cuddles with her kids, and photo updates, she made me feel at ease with leaving our family member with her family.

Amy and Justin are incredible dog sitters. They were very responsive and communicative. I received updates with several photos daily, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and always made me smile as I looked them over. Our little Heidi had an absolute blast with them and slept for days after making new human and doggie friends :) I even asked if they would be willing to extend her stay by a day and they responded right away that it wouldn’t be a problem. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants very responsible dog lovers to watch over their pets!! I hope Heidi gets to play with their kiddos and sweet River again soon! :)

We really hit the jackpot when Coco & Jeff agreed to take care of my Maltipoo Nina. Every day or so Coco sent us videos & pics of Nina walking with their big dog or lounging with their cat on the bed or the couch. When we picked her up she was calm & happy. Thank you so much for being a great home away from home. We definitely recommend this placement for everyone needing care for their beloved pet. We are already preparing to book Nina’s next stay. Thank you so much for top tier care.

Haley was great! She played with the dogs constantly and sent lots of pictures and updates. It felt like she really treated our boys like they were her own. Would highly recommend!

Amazing! We didn’t come back until late and they were able to accommodate 1 extra night. My pups were so calm when they usually jump on me.

We left our dog with Christany for a long weekend and we couldn't be happier. She sent us daily photo updates. The pictures were telling how happy and cuddly our pup was. The whole family took such good care of him. He came home happy, clean, and relaxed. We will definitely be booking with Christany again. Thank you so much Christany.

This feedback is for two reasons. First, I want to express my immense gratitude to Gregory for saving us during a very stressful moment. Our original sitter canceled the booking just two days before we were scheduled to drop off our dog. We found out after 5 PM on a Friday, which was incredibly stressful and frustrating, though we understand that unforeseen situations can occur. What was particularly upsetting was that when I searched for a new sitter, the fees were significantly higher due to the short notice. I reached out to Rover support and was disappointed to learn that there is no real contingency plan for last-minute sitter cancellations. A sitter's trustworthiness and reliability are paramount to building the company's reputation. This is why Gregory was such a blessing. He is a true asset to Rover. He took exceptional care of our German Shepherd for an entire week. He provided daily walks, ensured our dog ate on time, dedicated time for play, and made sure he had plenty of rest. We are so grateful for his professionalism and care. He is highly recommendable, and we will definitely be requesting his services again.
