Justine did a wonderful job taking care of our kitties during our 10-day vacation. We have 2 cats, and one of them is a little shy. Justine went out of her way and brought some fresh catnip to try and get him out of his shell. By the end of the stay, he was already friendly towards her, and even letting her pick him up! Jessica was very professional and great with our cat. She offered to meet and greet us at our home right anway after we contacted her. She came every evening to take care of our kitty during our travels. She was very agreeable about us returning early from our trip and refunded us the last day’s fee. She sent us updates daily and let us know our kitty was doing well while we were gone. We would absolutely use her services again!

I can't say enough great things about this experience! We've never boarded our cats so I was nervous on how they would respond. With the daily updates from Elaine on how they were doing it warmed my heart that they seemed to make a new friend. Elaine is incredibly warm and fantastic with our cats. Such a gift for us to have her care for them!
