House Sitting in Pescadero

Brittany was an amazing dog and house sitter. We have two rescue dogs - one who is really quirky (to put it nicely, lol). She was great about meeting with us, asking questions, and then swinging by once before the actual sit so the dogs could become familiar with her. During the house and dog sitting, she persevered through a tough first day with our quirky one, sent lots of updates, and left the house cleaner than we left it! Can't recommend her enough and will be booking her for a future sit for sure!

Not all Rover postings are accurate and kept up to date. Two students contacted had moved and not updated their account, leaving me scrabbling to setup care for my pets as I needed to leave the next day to care for my human family overnight. Deborah responded quickly to my contact, came over that same afternoon to meet/greet/discuss overnight stay the next night, and kept me updated on check in, how my dog was doing, and next morning departure update after the stay. She is a blessing as I was juggling care for my out of town family and received updates from home so I felt my pets were safe. Will definitely reach out to her again.

He is SO nice to my dogs, super friendly, and super ultra reliable - our dogs cannot be alone and he always shows up and take care of my dogs. Thank you so much!

We are incredibly grateful to Devin for the exceptional care he provided to our three dogs. Devin's dedication and attention to detail were evident from the start, ensuring that each of our pups received the love and attention they needed. One of our pups is a senior who is blind, deaf, toothless and a finicky eater--BUT very sweet. In addition he has serious and complicated medical needs that require multiple medications and five small meals throughout the day. Devin met the challenge with such compassion and care. He kept us informed with updates and photos throughout the week stay which was very reassuring. We returned from our trip to three very happy and relaxed pups. We cannot thank Devin enough for the peace of mind provided during our absence. We highly recommend Devin to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate pet sitter. Thank you Devin for going above and beyond to ensure our pups were safe, healthy and loved.

Elizabeth was great, took good care of our pets and house, and kept us updated with daily pics. Highly recommended!

Alannah took great care of our Australian Shepherd, Archie, while we were away for the weekend. It was our first time leaving him since moving here, and we appreciate how Alannah came for a meet and greet beforehand to put us at ease. We received many photo updates throughout the weekend, and she left our house in perfect condition (even washed the sheets)! Highly recommend :)

Billie was amazing! Our Samoyed Elsa hurt her paw badly right before we were going to travel abroad for two and a half weeks. Billie made us feel at ease to leave our baby in this vulnerable time as she is an experienced vet tech. She provided insight on Elsa’s healing through regular updates and also took Elsa to the vet multiple times to check up on the paw. We highly recommend Billie especially if your pet needs special care!

John housesat and dogsat for us for a week. We had a wonderful experience! We live on Stanford campus and have two rambunctious and sometimes devious lab puppies (11 mos old). They immediately took to John, even though the girl tends to be fearful and shy with strangers. Their leash manners leave much to be desired, but John was game for individual walks with each one each day (we like them to spend some time apart). John is very conscientious and even did some extra cleanup around the house and graciously dealt with an invasion of ants due to the extra hot weather. Even though it was his first time sitting with us, we immediately felt very confident in his love of dogs and his ability to deal with anything that might arise. I highly recommend him!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. I cannot express how grateful I am that she took care of my fur baby and sent me a tons of updates. She was kind to get a meet and greet in before the official stay which really helped calm my nerves and my pups. Told her about my anxiety leaving my baby and she was so kind about it. She truly loves caring for animals. I recommend her 10/10! She is my new go to and I have already booked her again. Thank you Nicole!

Silvana was absolutely great. Wonderful. Terrific. She spent lots of time with our shepherd and I could tell by the pics he was enjoying himself. When we left the house was a mess and when we returned it was spotless. She baked banana bread for us. Wow!

Saturday is amazing. They were very attentive to our frenchie with separation anxiety and who was healing from surgery. He had a few complex needs and Saturday was able to give him wonderful care with no hesitation or issues. Also, we had great communication, and they left our house in perfect condition. We will be booking with them again. Thank you Saturday!
