Jenn was so wonderful! She was highly responsive to a last-minute request, and so caring during our initial meeting. She asked great questions, read all of my instructions, and went above and beyond for Spidey! I would highly recommend her for your pet care :)

This was my first time using Rover and I could not be happier! Michelle took great care of our kitties, even getting the less skittish one out for play time and pets! She took care of them just how we asked, even going out of our way to bring in packages we had waiting at our front door. Having Jenna take care of our 3 cats was such a joy while my husband and I were away for the weekend.
