Cat Sitting in Placentia

Anne was great. Picked up the routine of my house and pets with ease. Very accommodating. She documented everything so well and was very responsive. And of paramount importance she was trustworthy. I had a last minute trip pop up and my usual sitters were not available, so the Rover option was ideal. This was my very first experience with Rover.com and Anne and Rover’s guarantee and screening policies made it a relaxed enjoyable interchange. Would definitely use her again.

I’m so glad Megan was available to take care of our shy, curious cat. She was great with the special instructions we had for our cat and plants. Sebby always hides from new people, but he really warmed up to her! Even when we were on vacation, we were eager to read her extremely well written updates. At the end, she said thanks for the chance to spend time with him. So thoughtful! Would definitely ask if she’s available the next time we need a sitter.

Michelle went above and beyond looking after our cats, she was even so sweet to tidy up what we left out before leaving for our vacation. So incredibly appreciative!

Ashley is a dream come true. She is attentive to details, kind, helpful, and amazing with communication! Our kitties loved her and she sent helpful daily updates. She asked what toys they like, got to know their unique behavior, and juggled their probiotics/fiber regimen with ease. Ashley was also flexible and was available to extend the booking when we ended up having to prolong our trip. Although we had to leave town for a family member's medical emergency, Ashley's kindness and fantastic communication meant less stress for us because we did not have to worry at all about our pets. Will 100% rebook Ashley the next time we need a pet sitter!

After two Rover sitters let us down (one no showed; the other cancelled part way through), Lizz stepped in last minute to continue the care for our two cats. Not only did she do an excellent job, she cleaned up the mess that was left behind by the previous sitter. One of the cats needs 2x daily medicine and that wasn’t a problem for Lizz at all!

Jenn is amazing and thoughtful! A real professional. Jenn cleaned up after my two kitties regularly while I was away for over a week. They loved her and played with her. I will definitely use her services again.

Everything was in good order upon our return. Berto checked in every day. We were in a part of the world that didn’t have internet and trusted Berto with our pet.

Having Jenna take care of our 3 cats was such a joy while my husband and I were away for the weekend. She truly cares for animals, and that fact was demonstrated in the way she communicated with us while we were away. Jenna sent us funny and cute pictures of our cats during every drop-in visit. This was a huge relief because we know they were definitely treated with care. Jenna demonstrated attention to detail while taking care of our cats, and I highly recommend her pet-care services! Also, Jenna is a super cool and friendly person :)

We had Summer look in on our cat while we were away and she did a wonderful job! She really went above and beyond with making sure he was doing well, and coaxing him out of his deep fear of strangers. She took care of our mail, sent great updates and photos, and by the end, he was totally convinced that she was an awesome person!
